Food as medicine recommendations
I am educating myself via all the posts (thank you to all the regular posters). Is there a summary anywhere or a recommended book of how to ensure you are making the most of what you eat / don’t eat? For example, I just read that I need to eat steak and chips (great news) to help support optimal ferritin

PGTA testing embryos made from donor eggs
Hello I appreciate there will be differing views and experiences with this. Has anyone PGTA tested their egg donation embryos? I have had 2 miscarriages and TFMR at 15 weeks (all own eggs) due to chromosomal issue that we didn't know about until we went for our NHS scan at 12 weeks. I will never forget

Brand of Thyroxine
I have been on Teva for years but want to go back to a previous brand that I used to be on but cannot remember the brand name. I want one that does not have too many fillers like Teva has. I am currently on 75mg daily. Any recommendations. Thanks

Ft3 295% 3 hours after dose, taking 95 t4 and 30 t3 in one go (Armour and Thybon T3)
Hey all, I am currently not splitting the above dose and I'm getting weird symptoms every single day. My ft3 is 90% of range in the morning, but it goes up to 295% after the dose. Ft4 is 54% after 3 hours and about 38% in the morning. Would splitting it help with hypo and hyper symptoms? I seem to be

No prescription
Hi all. I've found a source of T3 online but it asks for a copy of the prescription OR doctors opinion or medical record. Obviously I don't have a prescription! Anyone know if a record showing and confirming I have hypothyroidism is enough? Thanks 😊

Never ending balanitis and lichen sclerosus
It all started about 6 years ago when I began to notice red spots on my penis and foreskin that appeared and disappeared occasionally. They only caused me discomfort when present, in the form of itching and a burning sensation. I consulted a dermatologist who told me to stop eating sweets and it would

Charlatan or science?
hi folks, I am awaiting diagnosis of Grave’s disease and during the last 3 months since my blood tests via the NHS and the waiting game to see an endocrinologist, I have been researching hyperthyroidism. The internet is FULL of people claiming there is a link between micro biome and leaky gut and Graves
