Can APS be contrubutury to angina?
Hi. So I know that antiphosphipid syndrome can cause miscarriage, and stroke. But can it be the cause of angina?

Xaggitin XL and alcohol
My son (age 20) was diagnosed with ADHD a month ago and was prescribed Xaggitin XL on an 18mg dose. He hasn’t been experiencing any side affects but has been violently sick after drinking alcohol on 3 occasions now. Not a usual thing for him. I’m aware alcohol is to be avoided per the leaflet however

Asthma
I've had cabg heart op after heart attack back 21 years ago. Always since then I've had pain in left side of chest under ribs at bottom. I blamed it on the heart op. I've recently had lung function tests at hospital and apparently I have chronic childhood asthma! Is that causing all the pain and tight

New here, with my diagnosis.
I have just had my letter from the hospital with the results of my CT Scan.aThe CT scan shows significant narrowing of at least one of the main coronary arteries and also one of the coronary artery branches. My consultant has asked for an urgent coronary angioplasty. The report shows heavy calcium

Drugs pits stent
Now given Perindopril (used prior to stents) Bisoprodol Fumerate,
Trangina
XL
(used Momomax XL prior to stent) concerned they will lower blood pressure too much as prior to stent BP was 125/75 or slightly less. Was surprised that nitrates are continued too.

Do I have coronary artery spasm/ variant angina?
For the past 4 months I have had intense chest pain most mornings when I awake, feeling like a crushing ache which spreads down my left arm and shoulder. It lasts up to 30 mins unless I use a triglyceral nitrate spray. I have had numerous ECGs, stress tests, heart MRI scans and CT scans of the arteries

BP drugs
I'm prescribed Candesartan and Diltiazem for my Angina. Is it safe to take them both as my BP has dropped quite a bit.

Newly diagnosed with variant/vasospastic angina (coronary artery spasm) and worried about the future
Hi. Im 46 and had a cardiac arrest at home on 25 Jan 2021 - was in hospital for over 3 weeks but thankfully, I have recovered fully now. About 10 days after that event and after lots of tests, the consultants eventually diagnosed variant/vasospastic angina (coronary artery spasm), having seen it on ECG

A month ago my 17 yo son started on Concerta XL with low dosage and now at 54mg. He is diagnosed with ADHD inattentive type. Sudden sharp pain in chest
Yesterday as we were lying in bed the wife turned to me and suddenly experienced a 10 out of 10 pain in her chest under her left breast. The pain remained at that level so I dialled 999 and the paramedics attended. The pain subsided to a dull ache whilst they were at home but as the pain was still present

Hi, just had my phone appointment and scheduled for this test.Has anyone any experience with this test, and how useful it is for revealing microvascular angina or coronary spasm? Thanks in advance.
