My Weird Symptoms How Do Yours Rate?
I take Flutiform - A daily antihistamine -
Tiotropium
. I am getting worse. Sometimes I wonder if the drugs are making me worse than they are better!

I was told 8 yrs ago I had mild emphysema and given
Tiotropium
I have been fine all this time. 6/8 months ago I started getting more breathless until now going up stairs or uphill is a bit of a nightmare. I have a blue inhaler but it doesn’t help.

Tiotropium Inhaler (your opinion of, please)
Was invited to try this for my Asthma, but am somewhat reluctant as - the more meds that get added to a daily regime - the more opportunity for side-effects and interactions with other drugs. Interested to learn of others experiences with this Inhaler. Thanks in advance for any Comment.

Has any one tried Stiolto Respimat
Has anyone tried Stiolto Respimat-
tiotropium
bromide and olodaterol Inhalation Spray? My doctor just gave it to me yesterday and said it was new. It is taken two inhalations once per day. My first time was last night a couple hours before bed. I sleep so well.

Dementia Risk & Commen Inhaler
Two commonly used anticholinergics in patients with COPD include ipratropium bromide (Atrovent) and
tiotropium
bromide (Spiriva). Shocking part of story IS doctors know anticholinergics cause dementia and have done for years.

New COPD- Can I head off another chest infection?
My new regular meds are Fostair 200/6 and
Tiotropium
bromide (Braltus). I also have salbutamol if required. I have finally been pretty well the last fortnight, thankfully, but just today I have been showing signs of a cold. I’m also a tinier bit “chesty”, but only just a hint.

Tiotropium & U.....
By adding
tiotropium
, these patients were able to improve lung function and quality of life. The question remains as to whether this drug actually alters the natural history and trajectory of COPD, or whether this is just frame shifting and delaying what is going to happen inevitably...
