If I could do 20,000 steps a day I would have done the London Marathon. My Peak is 4000 maybe once every Month, The oxygen keeps me going along with my Inhalers. I do a lot of Exercise Classes, The Gym, and starting Rehab Tomorrow, I have worn a Fit bit for over 1 year and record every day steps. Please tell me how you manage this amount of Steps with a Lung Condition. I really want to improve on my Steps. Thank You. xxx

That is a lot of infections. I take Steroid inhaler Symbicort 400, plus 2 others, not Trimbow, never tried it. They help me, since I've been taking Azithromycin I have'nt had a Bad infection, ask your Consultant. Best Anti Biotic there is. Good luck with trials.xxx

20000 steps is crazy - this is showing good lung functon congrats. I would not be able to do that not due to fitness but more about being bed ridden for days after words. I tried about 9000 in one go in London - gave up and called an uber.

Do my symptoms seem to resonate with anyone? I have no wheeze per say - yes its hard to breath and there is a uncomffortable feeling but only during virus type symptoms.

Are there any studies about inhalers causing more issues - or anyone coming off them to see what is better or worse.

Freddy, you have not said what strength Flutiform You're taking,

I think you should ask your doctor to send you for a X-ray of you're lungs just to see how bad they are, you should also have a full blood test to see that kidneys, liver, and blood count are ok,if you are a low dose of Flutiform you may need a higher one.hope this is some help.

Heart? Have you had a blood test taken for pernicious anemia? (B12 deficiency) you have the list of symptoms. Which could also be some low Vitamin D. Also, Spiriva and antihistamines both can make you tired, especially taken together. Just a thought as I looked at your list. Your Jack Russel is cute....happy dogs!!
