Cutaneous lupus
In the meantime I am applying SPF 50 to the affected areas and I also have
tacrolimus
0.3% that I'm supposed to use twice weekly now. I don't actually think it's been that helpful. Has anyone else done anything different to try and control the rash?

NCGS/Celiac disease
The immunosuppressants I have been taking are
Tacrolimus
and Myfortic. The transplant center finally honored my request to switch to Myfortic last July after repeated requests to change from Mycophenolate Motifil. However, the switch has not made much of a difference.

I also had a switch from
Tacrolimus
to Sirolimus. Both of these meds help with the GVHD. However the Tacro was affecting my kidney function and may have been responsible for the increased edema. Siro is a little milder med. Day 35 I noticed some sores in my mouth, mostly inside of the lips.

fluctuation Tacrolimus Data
I’m 14 months post transplant. My donor kidney is doing very well. However, I’ve been experiencing numerous major changes (6.5 to 12.9) in my Tacrolymous levels. Of course I'm in regular contact with my transplant center about this. They seem to be puzzled by these data fluctuations too. Have any of

Triple Trouble and Tacrolimus
Added Irso for PBC and
Tacrolimus
as salvage treatment for AIH. Aggressive squamous-bound pre-cancers 6 mos apart, lower TAC dose twice then nothing for a year- then three new ones within 6 weeks an I have now been off TAC for about 10 days.

retiring: Anti-Rejection Megication Questions
I’m only taking
Tacrolimus
and prednisone at this point as far as anti-rejection meds go. My other meds all come through regular CVS and are fairly inexpensive with the exception of the insulin I now have to use post transplant.

Tacrolimus/Protopic
I have been prescribed
Tacrolimus
/Protopic ointment for the blisters/lesions that I get (always in the same place and I am now scarred because of them) but am concerned that the ones I already had have gone from red to purple and I seem to be getting new ones everyday.

Belatacept
Anyone else have to stop taking
tacrolimus
due to kidney toxicity? I am two years out from my deceased donor transplant. At one year, my kidney function was normal. Now, at two years, my creatinine is 2.2 and my eGFR is 31.

What do you folks know about Belatacept?
I’m presently on
tacrolimus
. They think my numbers will improve a lot and that it will be a better fit for me. They told me that there is a process to go through. So I must have a kidney biopsy and that helps determine the amount of Belatacept that is given.

Skin Cancer Issues
I'm on 500mg Cellcept 2x/day and 1mg
Tacrolimus
2x/day. The tacro is the issue with skin cancers. They are suggesting Prednisone which I am very hesitant to switch to.

My

Itching due to medication??
Hello, I had a liver transplant 3 years ago and take
tacrolimus
, mycophenolate and prednisone for anti rejection. I have recently had a very itchy localised rash on my neck which I have been treating with hydrocortisone cream. This is having no effect.

Post Transplant psoriatic arthritis treatment
I had never had any psoriasis that I knew of until around 3 months after I was switched from
Tacrolimus
/Envarsus and Cellcept to Belatacept infusions. I had a few spots on my arms that developed.
