Another medication bites the dust.
Well
Strattera
lasted longer than I thought. I felt more calm and was way more connected with my emotions but it definitely made my day foggy and low energy. I ended up drinking coffee and energy drinks to stay level and it quite honestly wasn’t enough. So I decided to get back on Vyvanse.

Your opinion please about Amenclinics.com
My son have been on 5 different kind of medications, currently on vyvance and
strattera
. Focus gets better in school but anger, impulse control, behavior issues huge struggle. We have a psychiatrist that basically said it is a trial and error to find the correct medication.

How does medication affect your life?
I decided to stop taking adderall and got my doctor to put me on
strattera
80mg once daily. I feel so much less energy and it is so much more difficult to just get up and do stuff. But I know it’s best for me because I get to tense on stimulant medication.

18 yr old daughter with ADHD and ODD struggling
She is NOT medicated although we have tried multiple stimulants and
Strattera
. Cant swallow pills so we have found liquid stimulants but they extinguish her appetite which she loves but may lead her head on back into Anorexia again.

Experience with Concerta Long Term?
He is currently on
Strattera
40mg and Concerta 36mg daily. He's off of Concerta in the summer. We've recently experienced another change in him (possibly due to growth or puberty), but he's very moody lately and has stopped eating his school lunch.

Concerta and gastritis. Also question about Strattera.
I think something like
Strattera
might be a better choice for my kid, but I’m curious as to why it didn’t make the first round of options. Any advice?

Adderall and Strattera
Does anyone take adderall in the morning and
Strattera
in the afternoon? I’ve never taken
Strattera
before and would like to hear what others think

1 month on Vyvanse and wish I never took it.
But I knew it would not work out for me in the long run so I went back and I will be trying
Strattera
. Amphetamine adhd's med's help a lot of people, but not me. I tried different doses 70mg, 60mg, 30mg, 40mg, and 10 and 20mg and even tried pouring it in water. Has anyone else had this happen?

Strattera and missing a dose
Probably way more information than I needed to give, but I'm wanting to find out if anyone else taking
Strattera
has had this experience. Be well, everyone.

ADHD to ASD
Hello there- our son is 7.5 years old and have success with his medication, Intuniv 1mgs daily and
Strattera
10mgs daily. We did just decrease his
Strattera
from 18mgs- he was getting super emotional and moody on the 18mgs. I got him on a wait list to be assessed for ASD.

Trialling medications is freaking me out!! I hate drugging my child. Have tried an antidepressent, Ritalin, Staterra and now Intuniv!! Help
We stopped that and went to
Strattera
. I thought my son was going to punch someone as he got really aggressive so stopped that. It has been 7 weeks since stopping meds and my son has been OFF THE HOOk!! Not doing any school work, annoying everyone, not caring, causing arguments etc.

ADHD adolescents who had a stroke at birth
My daughter took
Strattera
for 2 years. Since it stopped working she’s trying a low dose of Vyvanse. She’s struggling with her math and chemistry classes right now.

Straterra vs Adderall XR
I was taking Adderall XR 30mg twice a day and my doctor switched me to
STRATTERA
60mg a day. The XR's were working great for me and im afraid it isnt going to work the same.

Could ADHD drugs ultimately harm children’s brains?
She took
Strattera
for nearly 2 years but it lost effectiveness. She just tried Vyvanse again (which she briefly tried age 13 but stopped due to anxiety). So age 17 she tried Vyvanse 20mg, 30mg and 40 mg. None worked at all.

Can anyone recommend jobs that would be appropriate for someone with Inattentive ADHD?
There are medications such as Ritalin and
Strattera
, both of which I have tried. In Massachusetts, there is a center devoted to helping people with ADD/ADHD. I have been there. And of course there are books. The most recent ADHD book that I read blamed the disability on bad parenting i.e.
