Starting Radium 223 (Xofigo) next week
Having just finished a trial of carboplatin + docetaxel, I'll be starting Xofigo next week as a bridge to a pembro+ trial early next year. My latest PSA is 940, with no visible soft tissue involvement. I have a single-strand CDK12 defect. Hoping that the suggestion of this paper is true for me: Efficacy

Its hot weather here so he does drink almost 1.5ltr water plus we give him strict diet where
sodium
doesn't exceed 1500mg, mostly given veg and rice etc which are good for liver and kidney. Overall, he feels energetic - very much normal. He feels hungry, eats normal.

T3 available in Greece for 1 Euro over the counter
Liothyronine
sodium
, 30 x 25mcg cost me EU 1.20, available over the counter at the pharmacists (who are piled high with T4). Unfortunately, production has stopped, whether temporarily or permanently, but I could find some still for sale where I was in Crete.

PD and Alkaline water.
Don’t trust bottled water saying Alkaline because they are just made of Baking soda or
Sodium
Bicarbonate which is artificial Alkaline that will also turn to acidic upon ingestion for a while.

magnesium.magnesium is the one item that really helps me. i'm afraid to do an enema since they tend to cause me to have what a call a "session" (hours of screaming pain until it breaks loose.) it is so painful. i'm taking lactalose, fiber, aloe vera and try to drink water but am limited due to problems with

Omeprazole and Imodium... Thoughts?
I’ve recently been prescribed 40mg Omeprazole (20mg to be taken twice a day) after experiencing difficulty swallowing. I felt great for 4 days then started to experience difficulties again (for the subsequent 4 days) although not with every meal. At times I’m having to cough my food forward due to fear
