Hi ,is anybody taking sirolimus for chronic gvhd. Been on few months now seems to be slowing it down. Second attempt on this been on a few treatments but had different side effects which didn't help

Well Metformin Rapamycin, Resveratrol are the new better-aging pharma trends..So they are selling those to people who want to rejuvenate. I don’t know honestly..In Swiss clinics they go like hot cakes..as well as stem cells. I am old-fashioned maybe but meds are meds, and they are for treatment ..

I must tell my LAM Sis 🌸 reading this that I am not on Sirolimus so it can’t be that and I don’t want you to worry, we all react differently.

LAM action found that that Vit D protein is 2/3 lower in LAM patients. So they also measured Vit D levels in blood and found they were lower than normal. All that improved with Rapamycin I must say in my case my Vegf-d ( LAM bio marker) is lower since I have started on Vit D and I am not on Rapamycin

I am switching from Sirolimus to Prograf because of a surgical procedure. Sirolimus delays healing. Any one have issues with side effects from Prograf. I only have one with Sirolimus and am concerned. Thanks.

I did not stay on it since I am trying natural products first, if that is not possible then I will go straight to Sirolimus. BTW, I will be putting up a post also on my short experiment with Sirolimus, if anyone is interested in going that route.
