Chronic gvhd and treatments

Hi ,is anybody taking sirolimus for chronic gvhd. Been on few months now seems to be slowing it down. Second attempt on this been on a few treatments but had different side effects which didn't help

My husband started sirolimus 3 weeks ago for GVHD, but it is really difficult to tell if it is helping. He also is doing ECP treatments. His arms, legs, and abdomen are hard as rock with the GVHD (schleraderma and fasciitis). Are you still on sirolimus? What kind of side effects have you had? What kind of GVHD?
