back on Humira
[the previous three years Humira worked well for me] In this time he has tried
Simponi
Baricitinib and Tocilizumab, The latter two giving me bad side effects and had to be stopped. Do you think Humira will work again after all this time [it has been the best Biologic drug for me in the past]

Any tips to reduce bruising from injections?
I also use the
Simponi
pens monthly but don’t get as much bruising from these. Of course it could just be that with both lots of injections, I am noticing the bruises more but feeling that my thighs are looking very battered. Does anyone have any tips on how to reduce the bruising?

Want to Stop Taking Methotrexate with Simponi (Golimumab)
Has anybody stopped taking Methotrexate when they are also on
Simponi
? I am currently on 25mg Methotrexate and for 2 days after I take it I feel terrible. I have stopped Methotrexate for 2 weeks now and feel so much better.

Simponi no longer working - time to change to a new biologic?
I’ve been on
Simponi
for 2 years and it has worked brilliantly until recently. Now it seems it’s stopping working and after being in remission for sometime with no flares at all, it is getting progressively worse.

Is Xeljanz working for your Psoriatic Arthritis?
I was so hopeful that biologics were going to work for me but have tried many meds these last few years that have not worked - Methotrexate,
Simponi
, Embrel, Otezla, Inflectra.

Flu All the time
I’m on methroxate and have been since 2014 along with numerous other medications, tried
Simponi
which has just been changed to Benpali weekly injections and I seem to have constant flu symptoms, my dr gave me antibiotics which helped but two weeks later I’m back to the same feeling, I just don’t know

DMARDs and weight gain
Simponi
did, but my gosh, the weight gain! Even with working out like a fiend and being on a very strict ant inflammation diet/Paleo . My rheumatologist says biologics don't cause weight gain 😒😣!

Plaquenil and RA
I have also taken Enbrel, Humira, Remicade,
Simponi
, Methotrexate, and currently on Xeljanz. Each one acted differently. I believe the plaquenil was the most helpful but it really gave me GI troubles.

Cosentyx and BG levels
I had about 7 good years on
Simponi
then it started 'wearing off'. My rheumie has started me on a relatively new biologic called Cosentyx. (She said she's had quite a bit of success with it.) I have also been diet-controlled border-line diabetic for over 10 years. (i.e. no meds).

Depression/ Simponi(golumab)
Just a quick update. Around 3 months ago I posted about issues I had with anxiety and depression and was refered to a psychiatrist. As I could not get an appointment for 4 months I made an appointment with my GP to see if there was any way of dealing with it while I was waiting. She agreed to give me

Golimumab (Simponi)
Has anyone got any recent experience with above biologic, I'm so desperate for it to work as my previous treatment (rituximab) had no effect. The information leaflet says it can take up to 12 weeks to work, has anyone had it work any quicker?
