Meriofert - messed up dose
After this my husband syringed up a
saline
and it was almost double the liquid we saw in the one we injected. So some was definitely lost in between sucking up 1/2. I should have just redone it all when i had doubts. I don't know why i didnt.

Error posting the amount I was injecting
The methylcobalamin I inject comes in a vial l dry and I add
saline
. I made an error in concentration The amount of powder in the vial is 40 mg and I add 10 mg of
saline
which equals 4 mg per 1 mil. My error was that I thought it was 1 mg per ml.

Gem / Carbo
They were extremely good, stopped infusion put through a
saline
solution then some anti sickness and got me moved to a bed. I then started getting uncontrollable shaking and the same sensations in my feet.

Better Understanding
(The two blood transfusions and 2
saline
solutions were helpful. The fasting for procedures after losing 80 pounds, 5.7 stones not so much. So that spring was a horror. I have not completely processed that experience.

Nebuliser & Saline recommendations guidance (Bronchiectasis)
Hi, can anyone recommend a nebuliser, ideally one that's reasonably portable. I've been waiting for one for over 2yrs now so I've given up and will have to buy one myself. I understand I can use 0.9% hypertonic solution without concern? I've literally no idea how to use one, in terms of what to put

The dialysis journey continues at home
But I have a second wheeley pole so I can reach the
saline
bag and lines. I have a shelf and an area on the end of my desk table with all the "stuff" like syringes and sponges and so forth.

4 week trial results.
I believe that there is a perception of ‘a lot’ of B12 based on it is mixed with
saline
and the ‘a lot’ is perceived by physicians and lay people alike on the ML that is needed to dissolve the B12. B12 is somewhat soluble in
saline
. I inject 8 mg daily.

After trying for 2 years I found a source of pharmaceutical grade adenosylcobalamin to mix with
saline
. I choose not to share my source. It is a case of risk to me outweighing any potential benefit to the general good. That is absolute at this time.

The end of the second week of HHD training
My hubby has stepped up and wants to learn along so he is prepping the
saline
and will learn to do more. I just did not want to overwhelm him. After my infusion on Friday, I felt so great on Tuesday I went back to my water aerobics class.

Have you had a 3D SIS scan? How's it different to a saline infusion scan?
They think what I am wanting is a
Saline
Infusion scan but they say this is not in 3D. Does that matter for it not being in 3D? I am confused. Many people on here have suggested a 3D SIS scan - what are your thoughts on this? Is the
saline
infusion scan sufficient?

Any tips pls ..? Dad's really tired of is cough - that's now a mix of dry (mainly) and some mucous
My Dad is also using a nebulliser with
saline
and that offers some relief. Chest physio is both very tiring and not really producing mucous so he's stopped that for now.
Any other thoughts, tips would be gratefully received - thanks very much in advance.
Thanks!

Aquascan / Saline Scan - has anyone had this ?
After my latest BFN (4th transfer - DE) I’m starting to look in to things a little more before we have our final frozen embie transfer. I have read a bit about Aqua scan but wondered if anyone has had this and found results that hindered implantation? As Im going through a process of elimination I

The Truth about Home Hemodialysis
You have your red arterial, blue venous,
saline
line and a waste line and a fluid to the machine line. It is all color coded and the more I do it, the easier I get it. But I needed the time to calm down first. There is more to setting up and I will get into it in another post.

First dialysis.... not for a wuss
They unhooked me and put
saline
syringes on the end of the lines, leaving the needles in place. I went down the hall, peed, they rehooked me, and I went the rest of the time. I know it was a pain for them, and I will have to figure out something when I am home.

Post Nasal Drip part 2
I have also before doing the steroid spray, bought a Neti bottle and some
saline
and BiCarb sachets that somebody on here had recommended . I give my nose a good wash out of the mucous in the mornings before inserting the Steroid Spray.
