Surgery/Anesthesia with PVCs?
I'm curious if anyone has had surgery with a history of bigeminy/PVCs? Is there any risk? I need cataract surgery--so not general anesthesia--but I think they use propofol? Is another EKG required? Thanks in advance!

Confused after appointment with EP
I had an episode on April 15th where my heart went into a fluttering type feeling that took my breath away and lasted for 10 seconds. It felt exactly the way my PVCS feel but instead of a quick flutter and done, it just kept going and scared the crap out of me. I do have a loop recorder and so I pushed

Another question I hope for some examples at the least!
The last few weeks I’ve had a terrible bronchial pneumonia exacerbation. Worse I’ve had so far. Most symptoms gone but hellacious cough that humiliatingly causes me to pee. For real! It’s bad. My vitals look fairly ok now. The highest my Oximeter oxygen will go is 87. Mostly 84. Heart is around 113

Mistake in Care Plan
Hi, I am not sure if I am being fussy, but on the first care plan I have ever had in writing, there is a mistake on the FEV1/FVC ratio. The figures are: FEV1 - 0.77 and the FVC was 2.74. I've calculated this ratio to be 28.1%. The nurse has written 34.7 (I wish it was). Do you think I should tactfully

PVCs and roller-coaster Bisoprolol. Need advice, please
Dec 2019, back to 2,5mg,
PVC
down to 9,8%. Now, PVCs go up to 27% (!) 1-What happened? 2-Do you think increasing to 5mg would help- although 5mg didn't work last year? Heart rate varies from 39-150 3-In the past, Metoprolol, Diltiazem made her condition worsen ! Ablation failed!

Heart stops or panic attack ?
Hi. I’ve recently been having “episodes” and during these episodes I feel like my heart has stopped. I know it may sound silly but it’s very frightening. This is what happens I get a sudden rush of heat/a hot flash come over me I feel strange and numb so I immediately think my heart has stopped, at

How long for heart to heal after ablation?
I had ablation done 6 weeks ago for high
PVC
load. I still have not seen any real positive effects from the procedure. Does this mean I'll need another?

Supraventricular Ectopy and premature ventricular contractions
I have been experiencing the above almost permanent since last Friday . I normally have PAF and ectopics from time to time . It’s been suggested by my cardiac nurse to start Flecanide 50mg twice a day . I’ve had a blood test but no ecg/echo . They want a ecg 2 weeks after I start the flecanide.

Heart Monitor for PVCs/Bigeminy
I developed PVCs/bigeminy & shortness of breath after my 2nd Pfizer shot. I was referred to a cardiologist and I'm now on a heart monitor for a week and will have a treadmill stress test in 3 weeks. Shortness of breath is gone, thankfully, and I feel good. What is my doctor looking for on the monitor

Sleep and heart health.
Does anybody know if there is a possible link between poor sleep/insomnia and heart health ? The reason is I have always been poor sleeper due mainly to work shift patterns. I also have a slightly obstructive airway by way of a long suffered deviated septum. Over the past couple of years I have been

PVC’s - Did You Ever Find The Cause?
Just that really! Out of the blue started suffering frequent symptomatic PVCs. I’m having the symptoms treated but have no idea what’s the cause. Does anyone who suffers with them know what causes theirs? Does finding out help make them stop?

3 months post ablation #2
I had lots of
pvc
ectopics 1-2 a minute at first but time (and as a reformed sceptic ..magnesium taurate) seem to have lessened them to 1 every 1-300 beats and certainly the pvcs are a bit less clunky.
