PVCs post cardioversion
Been in hospital since I left home after a cardioversion that put me in nsr but with multiple PVCs and going in and out of Afib which resulted in me being taken by ambulance with fluid overload on lungs and heart. Still in on a monitor and waiting on next move as don’t feel good like this. On dronederone

5% PVCs
Is 5% PVCs, with a normal sinus rythm, after 24 ecg OK? I have no idea whether it can be dangerous or not as nobody in the medical field said anything to me either way!

Echo results.
Good afternoon you lot, how long have you had to wait for echo results, I’ve chased the ep nurses and haven’t heard a thing. I had my echo on the 8th of June, I am taking 2.5mg of bisoprolol morning and night and sometimes my resting heart rate is low 40’s. Taking the blockers for pvcs which are still

Thoughts on Dr. Malcolm Kendrick?
I am new to this site, a retired Canadian nurse with high blood pressure and frequent
PVC
issues. I have read all of the British GP Dr. Kendrick’s books, and am curious about what sense others may have of his opinions.

Post Ablation Dyspnea (Shortness of Breath) and Skipping Beats
It gets worse once the skipping beats (
PVC
s , VESs ?) emerge. I assume it may be due to inflammation and smth temporary. Did not read from others on issues of post ablation shortness of breath. Anyone with similar condition? Thank you for reading this long and your comment is appreciated.

Donating blood
Hello, I am new to this group, and I have a question. I’m scheduled to give blood in 2 days. I’ve never done this before and was wondering if it might exacerbate PVCs? Mine have been fairly active lately. I know drinking plenty of water is important before donating blood. Has anyone with arrhythmia given

spirometry results
I've had a copy letter (Original to my gp) re my recent spirometry test. Previously I would have had a follow up OPA to discuss the results in layman's terms this this is now a thing of the past I (have IPF). Below are the results which I'm hoping someone can shed some light on. As it's seems to indicate

SOB relief
Hi, I'm new to this site, in my mid-60's with bronchiectasis and an FEV1 of around 40%. I'm just wondering if anyone has experience of being given something like a mild version of oramorph to relieve the discomfort of ongoing dyspnea, or at what stage that becomes possible ? At the moment I have to use

Lung transplant clinic appointment
Thankyou for all your good wishes. Well my first visit to Harefield was quite overwhelming. I only learnt as we were traveling down on Tuesday that I wld be having 'some' tests. Some! A lung function test, ecg, chest xray, blood pressure and sats, urine test and I couldn't count the number of vials

Thinking Back
At a meeting many years ago an architect was telling us how new
PVC
windows gave out unhealthy chemicals. Think about all the chemicals around us, in new carpets, wall paint, new furnishings and clothing too. I can remember at work asking the cleaner not to spray polish in my office.

Little or hardly any side effects after RF ablation- your positive experiences please 😊
Hello Having finally made the jump and booked an ablation after a bit of dithering I would be very interested to hear of people's "after ablation" experiences. So much is written about developing flutter,. worsening Afib, annoying but very disruptive PACs or PVCs, migraines etc etc I would like
