Need Help with Next Gen ADT
My
PSA
last month was undetectable. I had a bilateral orchiectomy in February but was also on Erleada which I stayed on until recently. So what's changed is that I also have Stage I Multiple Myeloma. Erleada and Xandti are both Contraindicated with my MM protocol.

Battling!
I take methotrexate once a week for
PSA
and folic acid on other days, so those levels are high. NHS GP doing nothing, Private GP testing again in a month (will get an early appointment this time).

Lynparza - warning!
Before this his blood counts except for elevated
PSA
were totally normal, he took frequent walks, had no pain. We had some scary days, but they resolved on their one. After starting with the therapy my father became very fatigued.

At last I've come to a decision.
Hi all, Well after heaps of research and asking questions and discussing everything with my RO and Urologist about treatment for my 4+4
PSA
8 PCa, I have decided to go the path of EBRT and HT.

Now for something completely different
If you are in the earlier group start requesting a
PSA
test (not the most accurate test) but its all we have- at 50. Don't wait. I just hope the anaesthetic doesn't stir up the dragon (I'm Welsh) from its lair.

When, or if at all, to add Nubeqa
RP in 2020 Gleason 7 (4+3)
PSA
14 Been on Orgovyx for 6 months of an 18 month prescribe. Just finished 39 daily IMRT treatments.
PSA
remains <.05 Should I be thinking about adding Nubeqa or not? And if so, when?

Now I’m facing my
psa
on the rise again, and a third round of radiation, cyberknife to the spine and pelvis, or maybe chemo, the docs are still discussing. And looking back I realize my dad was not dying for those 9 years, he was living and loving his best life.

My dads PSA is climbing, Olaprib next?
If you have seen my previous posts, my dad had a
PSA
come back double a little while ago and the MO failed to mention anything to us about it. Thanks to all your insight, we got in contact with them with our concerns. 6 weeks later, we are told his
PSA
(previously 1.68?

Stinging/burning near tip of penis when urinating. Also, small brown sediment in urine.
Because of rising
PSA
value, will see a new oncologist next week. Radiation therapy 14 years ago,
PSA
rising annually, now at 2.5. Also, there is hip and thigh pain, more so at night. And an odd, mild pain in the groin. And a burning lower back pain, only at night. Any similar experiences?

18 vs 24 mos ADT
PSA
is undetectable. MO has agreed to 24 mos ADT since I had a clean bone scan originally, lymph nodes do not show disease now. Tumor was outside prostate on MRI.

Odd ways of discovering you had PCa
PSA
returned as 9, had RALP the next month. Ironically rash disappeared after surgery. 9 months ago, rash came back, my
PSA
hit 0.2 then 0.4. Started Zytiga and Lupron. Rash disappeared again!!! Coincidence?? I cant believe it was.

Erectile dysfunction
My weight I was 138kg now I am 107kg Anti depressants certainly My T score is now 24 nmols, my
psa
is .24, I do have thicker blood and I do twice a year have blood removed. This could be the side effect of T replacement.

PSA after surgery
My first
PSA
test after the surgery was 0.33 and I had another one done three weeks ago, and it was 0.22. The
PSA
number is coming down, but should the number be somewhere around 0. I have an appointment to see a radiation oncologist next Monday.

FYI: from the VA research information on Veterans
The researchers suggested these men could be regularly monitored using a
PSA
blood test and offered surgery to reduce symptoms if they develop.

0.8 month later

0.22
Psa
remained at 0.22 for next 3 months. My urologist who did RP said it could be "reactive lymph nodes". A CT scan and bone scan revealed nothing. A psma pet was done from my chin to my knees. Report stated no evidence of PC.

Gleason Score 5+5
My problems are like a full truck and wonder if that is the reason why my
PSA
remains above 7 after RP. Cancerous cell seems have spread to lymphnodes as i heard it prodcues
PSA
to make my
PSA
so high. It seems 5+5=10's prognosis is very gloomy.
