How long has Olaparib worked for you?
I've been on Olaparib for 20 months and my
PSA
has dropped from 10 to 1.5. It has started to rise again and is now 4.2. I'm BRCA2 mutation. I'm wondering how long Olaparib has worked for other people. Thanks.

Reporting results from Eclipse Trial
Prior to beginning trial last June I had just gone castrate resistant and
PSA
was at 3.3. A few weeks after the last of four injections
PSA
settled in at .25 so there was still something left.

I just started Zytiga and at the age of 86 I'm finding it difficult to climb stairs; I do have a slow heartbeat when at rest: mid to high 40
I've been on Orgovyx for 3 months, when I added Xytiga, which was added because Orgovyx was only able to bring my
PSA
from 12 to 1.8. Thoughts, Terry

No more enzalutamide: docetaxel next up
PSA
up to 3.9 but it’s worked for 3.5 years. Also got a new lesion in my thoracic spine so in addition to docetaxel, a single dose of radiotherapy. Hope that will all be underway within a couple of weeks.

Hormone therapy for the older generation
My calendar is telling me that I've just completed 12 months of hormone therapy (prostap) and my
PSA
after radio and brachytherapy when last measured was 0.01.

new to methotrexate: will my MTX fatigue fade or continue?
I also have three other diagnoses:
PSA
(psoriatic arthritis), PMR (polymyalgia rheumatica), and fibromyalgia. My PMR pain and stiffness have largely gone away by my adopting a carnivore diet, so I am glad for that.

PSA slightly rose after 8 months undetectable
Till now I has been undetectable but at November my bloodwork showed
PSA
risen to 0.04. Should I be concerned or could it be just random fluctuation? Thanks for your reactions.

Lymparza not working
Lymparza has done nothing for him and at 2 month check,
psa
doubled. Today at 4 month check
psa
doubled again. Needless to say we are so upset because the dr really believed he would do well. I am struggling to understand why Lymparza has done nothing. We are waiting to hear back on next steps.

PSA SCREEN VS SYMPTOMATIC
My current
PSA
test is called PROSTATE SPC AG, SCREEN. My previous
PSA
test from the same lab was called PROSTATE SPC AG, SYMPTOMATIC. Both labs were off the same order from my MO. Whats the difference?

Chemo for an 86-year-old with stage 4 PC.
Started all this at 86, stage 4. 3 months on Orgovyx brought
PSA
from 72 to 1.8; next week I'm adding Zytiga, and if that helps and I can deal with this drug I'm going to press the MO to start me on Chemo. Do you think I'm setting myself up way too much?

Testosterone was nearly back to normal, then dropped
By the way,
PSA
is still barely detectable for the past 6 months (less than 0.1) Any thoughts?

LUPRON CASODEX FAILURE NOW WHAT
My
psa
started to go up while unicycle-a first, in November, pas rose to 8, since then and after a disaster of my cancer set up here, my pas has gone to 20. My testosterone has gone up from around 3 max to over 9 so no idea how or why this happened while on cycle.
