ADT for almost 2 years
It will be 2 years in February next since I started ADT and
PSA
has always been <0.01, but a couple of day ago it came at 0.03. I wrote to my doctor and she answered right away saying that we have to wait for a next result and then we see.

What's next?
PSA
and it's jumped from 40 to 91. Wondering if there's any way to know if/when symptoms will start appearing due to PCa's further or worsening spread?

tumor in spleen
He had radiation plus Lupron and has been in remission 2 years. 4 + 4
Psa
still non detectable. Tumors picked up on pet scan to check kidney. Radiologist has said rare to metastasize to spleen. Said if it does he’d worry it’s neuroendocrine type. Anyone have experience with this?

Wait or start docetaxel?
Currently taking Nubeqa and Orgovyx but
PSA
doubling time is only 7 weeks and PSMA scan shows activity in abdominal lymph nodes, 2 vertebrae and 2 ribs.

Looking For Prostate Cancer Survivors For Friendship And/Or Dating
My
PSA
has been 0.04 since the treatment ended. I know it sounds weird, but I am looking for prostate cancer survivors for friendship and/or dating, or just someone to talk to about our experience(s) and lives.

psa

RISING PSA 2 YEARS POST EBRT/ADT
Dr told me that we weren’t going to worry unless/ until
PSA
hits 2.0 but I’m definitely worried now and Don’t know what to make of the plunging T level! Any advice/ information would be greatly appreciated!

Was Chemo "Successful"?
I just had my first
PSA
test after waiting to allow the results to mean something, after 10 rounds of doxytaxel. I was supposed to wait three months but for convenience pushed it by a week. I was hoping for a close to 0
PSA
but that is not the case.

Post treatment post ADT time to PSMA test
I’m assuming that since my current
PSA
level is so low (.01) a scan at this point would be pointless. At the same time adjuvant ADT should be taken longer if there is some metastasis. I guess the best scenario would have been to fly overseas to get the scan beforehand but I didn’t.

Bicalutamide and Eligard
PSA
went up to 0.87. Doctor recommend Eligard (Lupron) with bicalutimide and dutasteride. No choice. I went thru thus on Jan 10, 2024. Hospital said I have to run thru Eligard for 24 months on a quarterly basis. Every 3 month.

Provenge Complete
I understand my
PSA
will not be lowered by this treatment and it has gone way up, from 24 first of October to 58 last week. I am still waiting to hear from Sarah Cannon Research to review possible clinical trials. In a way I feel like my Pluvicto from 10/22 to 6/23 just pissed the cancer off.

happy holidays …. And a quick update
As an update, I’m off all treatments and my
psa
remains <0.014. I remain grateful for the respite. My last degeralix injection and darolutamide was in May, and the SBRT to my ribs and neck about 2 years ago now. The docetaxel also seems a distant memory too.

Chemo or clinical trial?
Stopped Pluvicto after #3 due to rising
PSA
and progression. Hoping to get next gen. sequencing from biopsy sample and (maybe) functional testing. But, it's going to take some time to get results and I feel I can't wait.
