No more enzalutamide: docetaxel next up

So enzalutamide has stopped doing its thing. PSA up to 3.9 but it’s worked for 3.5 years. Also got a new lesion in my thoracic spine so in addition to docetaxel, a single dose of radiotherapy. Hope that will all be underway within a couple of weeks. Some fear for a while about the meds not working and progression but feeling more confident about the treatment plan now thankfully. That just leaves me with an unopened box (112) of 40mg tablets and 90 from an opened box. Both have use by dates of early 2027. The hospital pharmacy can’t use them and would simply dispose them. Any experiences here of passing them on to men who are having to fund them?
