Update 5.0
I saw the MPN Specialist on Wednesday to review my status and treatment plan. I have been having issues that the doc agrees are likely related to chronic iron deficiency from the phlebotomies. There are of course, a host of secondary symptoms that the MPN Specialist also noted are quite common with

PV treatment has lowered my HCT to 29
I have P Vera with Jak2 burden of 88%. I am on 500 mg of Hydroxyurea daily. I had four phlebotomies in March and another in mid April to lower my Rbc, Hct. My RBC started near 8 and is now down to 3.9, my HCT started at 58% and is now down to 29%. My Dr took me off Hydroxyurea until my numbers improve

I need a private blood draw
The reply We only provide the
phlebotomy
service for customers who have purchased test kits with us. You would need to contact nearby clinics to see if they provide that service. And I have emailed http://www.spirehealthcare.com/ I’m still waiting on a reply.

PTG-300 Clinical Trial Status
The hope for PTG-300 is that it can control the erythrocytosis without
phlebotomy
and let you maintain higher iron levels. That is an outcome I would like to experience.

Ropeginterferon alfa-2b versus phlebotomy in low-risk patients with polycythaemia vera (Low-PV study)
There is no evidence that
phlebotomy
alone is sufficient to steadily maintain haematocrit on target level in low-risk patients with polycythaemia vera. This study aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of ropeginterferon alfa-2b on top of the standard
phlebotomy
regimen with
phlebotomy
alone.

Apparently for approximately the last maybe eight to twelve months thyroid problems.
Well it seems the
phlebotomy
had been telling the surgery for some time about the TSH dropping lower each time. I have asked to be referred to an Endocrineologist but they refused, so I went private.
