Trial of Oraxol?
In the meantime I've been suggested for a Trail at The Christie (Manchester,UK) for an oral form of
Paclitaxel
called Oraxol (KX-ORAX-012). Has anyone been on this trail? And if you don't mind how was it? Every Blessing Woody.

Anyone has been on Paclitaxel on its own and cyst
He said: cyst is cancerous - they reviewed ct scan they offer operation but can't guarantee that I won't have a stoma starting on
paclitaxel
, weekly chemo intravenously and one week off. Questions I have: Has anyone been on
paclitaxel
? has anyone had a cyst and what did you do?

Treatment option for CUPS
Went 4 weekly cycle of
paclitaxel
and 2 ZA. Due to severe side-effects, had to stop chemo. In April docs at TMC said this is CUPS (cancer of unknown primary) and denied the TNBC. My Questions are: 1. How come TNBC can convert to CUPS in 4 months? 2. What are the best treatments options for CUPS?

Lumpectomy v therapeutic mammoplasty TNBC
I am about to have my last neo adjuvant chemo of carbo/
paclitaxel
(12 weeks) which followed 5 x FEC and now anxiously considering surgery. Surgeon at 1st mentioned lumpectomy but also discussed therapeutic mammoplasty ... which he seemed to be more towards following my ultrasound.

Relapse Post radical debulking and first line chemo treatment
Post first line treatment, if the cancer relapses after 8 months, should the person be undergoing the same carboplatin/
paclitaxel
treatment or is it time to consider inhibitors along with the chemo?

Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy. PET CT was performed 3 weeks after the last weekly Nab-
