Zoladex question...
Hi all, I had my first lap on 12 September and now have Stage 4 endometriosis confirmed. A few hours after the lap I was given my first Zoladex injection as my symptoms got drastically worse very quickly and my specialist wanted to stop this happening between the lap I've just had done, and the joint

Where to start…..?!
Firstly, hello - this is my first post! I’m 45 and was diagnosed with endo about 15 years ago. I used to be a member here when I was first diagnose and I found it a huge support. Since then, I’ve had four laparoscopies to remove large endometriomas and extensive endo from all over pelvic region.

End of Zoladex
Hi All I am currently in the last month of a six month course of Zoladex with HRT. I was wondering if anyone knows when I am supposed to stop taking the HRT? I meant to ask doc at last appointment but, as is usual these days, I forgot! Any advice gratefully received. Thanks x

Alternate hormone treatment
We keep talking about Lupron or Zoladex, etc., for hormone depletion. Estrogen patches are occasionally mentioned to help control hot flashes. But is anyone looked at/using Estrogen, as patches or gel, as REPLACEMENT? Tested in England, it has seen some use, but it's hard to get info on. The knee-jerk

Help! Zoladex 2 weeks ago after period but bleeding started now. Why??
It's already 3 AM and I am struggling to sleep. My body's really not agreeing with what I want to do. I started bleeding last night and I'm not supposed to because of the Zoladex, right? Although on top of the antidepressants, antibiotics and corticosteroids I'm on, I won't be surprised if it's normal

Worried about Zoladex

History of my journey
First diagnosed in December 2005. PSA 760, extensive mets and given 18-30 months to live. Changed oncologists and much more positive outlook. Zoladex for five and a half years, TRAPEZE trial - docetaxel and zoladronic acid. Abiraterone (had to come off for toxicity reasons), Enzalutamide and now cabazitaxel

30 Going 70: Being Diagnosed With Severe Endometriosis at 30
On the few months coming up to my 30th birthday, I have gone through a phase where I believed that my life will end at 30. Things weren't going as planned - 5 years of trying for a baby = no luck, going to the gym most days of the week = still getting ill too often as I think I deserve, and being a resident

Endo is winning
Endo is winning. I am so tired of being in pain. So physically and mentally drained. I had the last zoladex injection last month and still no relief from symptoms. Added nausea though! Waiting on an appointment to go back to gynaecology but have been told will be October at the earliest. I'm struggling
