Bisoprolol to Nebivolol

I have heard this swap may improve my insomnia, which I am finding very hard on 2.5 mg of Bisoprolol twice a day. Does anyone have specific experience of Nebivolol helping with insomnia issues? I am taking the Bisoprolol for Atrial Tachycardia - not sure if Nebivolol will help? Any experiences gratefully received as I am so exhausted from lack of sleep and it's making me depressed!

Sleep is a real problem for me, too. I am totally sympathetic! I’m struggling to be positive (getting up in the small hours, to make jam, painting etc), so I’ll be very interested in whether this swap in meds helps you.

I do find the sudden tachycardia episodes are pretty scary, and I’ve even been admitted, a few times, so persisting with the bisoprolol which certainly controls them, seems sensible, till a good. alternative appears.
