One of my best days when I change from bisoprolol to Nebivolol since the side effects were improved like day and night.
In the last 3 months I started daily exercise and two weeks ago started a weight loss diet and so far lost around 4.5 Kg and I know that exercise will reduce heart rate and BP and I previously had my HR at 75-83 and BP average 120-80.
Now after exercise and weight loss i noticed that my BP is max at 110-75 and sometimes lower and HR is never above 74 which started causing me feel terrible again.
I’m wondering if the Nebivolol dose should be lowered when you loose weight and I’m on Nebilet 5 mg daily.

Hello - I have been on Bisoprolol 5mg daily for last 4 years since insertion of a 2 lead pacemaker. I have had no trouble with Bisop, no side effects. I was diagnosed with Sick Sinus Syndrome, hence the pacemaker. I also have AF and carry flecainide as a pill in the pocket for AF episodes. My weight fluctuates regarding whether I eat healthily or processed food.
I agree some have no issues with it and I was on it for 8 years before I switched to Nebilet and I believe different people react to medication differently
