Hello, after chemotherapy, STRT of the prostate, I have been taking Eligard hormone therapy for 6 years now and PSA <0.01 is it time for a vacation?

I am 57 and on ADT (Firmagon+Zytiga+Prednisone) after surgery in 2022 and 39 sessions of RT in 2023 (Jan Feb). Till now I has been undetectable but at November my bloodwork showed PSA risen to 0.04. Should I be concerned or could it be just random fluctuation? Thanks for your reactions.

Hello allFor the past 18 mths I have been combo dosing with levo and NDT. Levo: 75/50mcg on alternate days. Efra: 30mg once a day. Ordered some NDT from Europe 6 January still not received them.
