Totally confused as to what I should be asking my cardiologist and so relieved to have found this forum.

My son is being messed about when it comes to a diagnosis. Too many doctors conflicting advice
In July he had
myocarditis
and then pericarditis which is still on going. He had abdominal pains and his appendix was taken out. Shortly afterwards his heart rate was hi and he ended up having seizures and was unresponsive for over an hour.

My son is so unwell and we need help
My son was diagnosed with
myocarditis
and then pericarditis in July this year. He was lethargic for a while before this happened and has had joint pains for as long as I can remember. He had an MRI of the hands and synovitis was seen in his right hand.

Catastrophic APS or just a bad 3 weeks.
Characterised by
myocarditis
, acute kidney injury and adrenal insufficiency. He was released two weeks ago and is slowly improving. While he was in hospital he was asked who his Rhumathologist was but he had never been sent to one.

Prof Graham Hughes' April blog
She had suffered from shortness of breath and chest pain for several months, and on admission, the tests showed possible
myocarditis
. However, the picture became more complicated. She had complained of increasingly severe headaches, ‘behaviour difficulties’ and very peculiar ‘seizures’.
