Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
I’ve just found out that I may have this alone with
myocarditis
and I’m not sure I fully understand it. Are there treatment options?

Myocarditis post vaccine and left confused
I went to my GP on Wednesday last week when I finally managed to get an appointment- who said it sounds like
Myocarditis
- but my 8 lead ‘at a glance’ ECG looked normal. She was googling the symptoms and advice and said it’s quite rare so she wanted to check over a few points online.

Myocarditis vaccine
Follow up post on my son aged 16
myocarditis
from 2nd jab. Good news 7 weeks after the second dose he had cardiologist follow up appointment and his heart is working properly. Not doing MRI as any scar tissue is not relevant. Heart rate back to normal and now weening him off beta blockers.

Myocarditis and racing heart
Im 3 month in recovering from
myocarditis
and periocarditis. Taking colcherine and ibuprofen but still not recovered. Having palpitations, racing heart and chest pain a few times a week and zero energy. I’m confused as to how normal this can be in recovery or if there’s something else going on.

Heart loop recorder.
Do as most know from previous posts I have
myocarditis
. I won't mention the cause again. So after 6 months I still feel exhausted and still get chest pains and palpitations.

Have people tried resveratrol for chronic or peri or myocarditis?
A few studies have shown resveratrol to help but they are not in human and is given ahead of induction of the disease. I think ibuprofen makes me worse and aspirin does little.

Is my af caused by myocarditis?
I’m hoping someone will know something about, has suffered themselves with or can point me in the right direction of a forum where I can find out more about
myocarditis

Israeli MRI study finds heart damage from COVID-19 vaccine is rare and mild
“Among patients who were diagnosed with post-vaccination clinical
myocarditis
, CMR imaging findings are mild and consistent with ‘classical
myocarditis
,’” researchers concluded in the study, which was published last week in the European heart journal Cardiovascular Imaging.

Vaccine induced myocarditis
She had to take a leave because she was a day school teacher and chasing little kids and lifting doesn’t mesh with
myocarditis
. She gets winded walking up the stairs and stops halfway up and sits. I’m worried sick and it’s breaking my heart.

Heart condition after Covid
Because of this I have recently had a cardiac mri (after already having several ECGs, a holter monitor and echocardiogram) which found I have either had
myocarditis
at some point post Covid leaving me with mild cardiac fibrosis or the fibrosis is an early cardiomyopathy.

Myocarditis
I’m 21 and I was diagnosed with Perimyocarditis on the 1st September and my troponin levels were just over 13,000. I’m still getting aches and sharp pains in my chest. Going to work sucks at the moment because I have to be on my feet the whole time and after a while it gets so bad I can barely breathe

Steroids
Has anyone taken steroids for
myocarditis
or pericarditis? That's what my cardiologist advised but I was reluctant because of immunosuppression & covid. Been in terrible pain for a week now so wondering if I should just take them
