COC Protocol with letrozole and ibrance
I am new to the site. I am er+ pr- and hers- with metasatic b/c in my lung. Initially dx in 2012. NED after mastectomy, chemo and radiation. DX again 9/2020. Went on Taxotere and almost killed me. Started Ibrance and Letrozole in 1/2021. I have seen some reduction in tumors. I just started COC

Should I cancel salvage radiation and ADT
I am 58 years old. Iām 185cms and weigh 95 kg. I was diagnosed with Gleeson 4+3 =7 around Feb 2014. I had a radical prostatectomy in 2014, Monitoring of my psa showed increasing levels; from 0.02 to 0.57 in Feb 2021. So it took 7 years to get from 0.02 to 0.57 I commenced ADT treatment 3 months

Good morning. I have just ordered this as I have learned from this site that I should be taking this with AdCal to help the absorption of the calcium into my bones. Survival rates with external beam radiation therapy in newly diagnosed elderly metastatic prostate cancer patients
New German study below [1]. The elderly patients were at least 75 at diagnosis. Only 2 more years & I will finally be elderly. I wonder what it will be like? LOL. As a group, older guys obviously have shorter life expectancy, but there has to be a better way to define 'elderly' than age. What about
