Why do symptoms fluctuate day to day even though I'm frequently self-injecting?
I'm self-injecting
methylcobalamin
about 250 mcg per day. My understanding is that it should stay in the body for 4 or 5 days.

If the methylcobalamin I obtained online from abroad was not refrigerated by the manufacturer before I bought it, is it still viable?
I bought my B12 shots from Vitaminquick and B12 online, but neither seem to refrigerate their stores. I have now put them in the fridge. Are they still going to be of some benefit? In future I will buy the types that can be stored in a cool cupboard to avoid this problem. But shall I still go ahead and

Vit B12 and Vit D
The reason for this post is that my B12 and Vit D are both still on the low side, as has been pointed out to me before, so I spoke to the nutritionist at the company that I buy supplements from re the B12 and she suggested that I take 1000ug (
Methylcobalamin
), one per day, and after that go on to a high

I was told to take 2500mcg
methylcobalamin
dissolving tablets and they are gonna test my blood levels in March when I go back home for Spring Break. I have been taking that since right before Christmas-time and I still don't really feel much better.

Just started self injecting B12 (methylcobalamin form) -- how often should I do it?
I finally got everything I needed to begin self-injecting B12 (I just don't have the strength to face the uphill battle with the doctor at the moment, so just went straight ahead and bought my own B12). Would someone be kind enough to tell me how often I should self-inject? I know I've read the answer

2 weeks post loading doses update
Hi all, I wanted to write an update. There are a lot of horror stories online but I wanted to share some positives. Something to note is that although I am slightly anemic, my B12 deficiency was caused by long term metformin use. My symptoms were intense and mostly neurological, wide spread numbness

METHYL B12?
Hi- What does everyone think of taking methyl b12 on top of cyano injections? Still trying to find something that works and relieves my symptoms. Everything I have been taking has been cyano and that doesn’t seem to be helping. I have attached a photo of the methyl. Thanks!

B12 - methylcobalamin vs cyanocobalamin
Her loading injections were the
methylcobalamin
type and I inadvertently bought the cyanocobalamin formula. She's concerned that there may be some differences in the way the 2 types work which wouldn't benefit her recovery. Are there any drawbacks to using this formula after the loading ones?

How to store Methylcobalamin
If I opt to refrigerate it, despite the box instructions, will the
Methylcobalamin
be damaged? Any advice or confirmation on storage would be appreciated.

Is anyone familiar with VitaminQuick.com in the U.S.?
Their prices seem good, particularly right now with a Cyberweek 30% discount. (100 ampoules of B12
methylcobalamin
1000 mcg/2 ml plus 100 28-gauge syringes for $229 ($160.30 after the 30% discount) including free priority shipping in the US, with international shipping available) My only hesitation

Study: Frequent B12 injections for autism increase cobalt levels...so get enough B12, but don't overdo SI
https://www.researchgate.net/publication/232902333_An_autism_cohort_study_of_cobalt_levels_following_vitamin_B12_injections "
Methylcobalamin
injections were able to induce plasma and urinary concentrations of cobalt in excess of LabCorp occupational maximal exposure limits, but the exact form of cobalt

Methylcobalamin B12 Ampoules for UK delivery?
Hi I'm new to this forum, I'm looking for advice on where to buy Methycobalamin B12 for self-injection. The suppliers in the UK (now licensed to sell what would have originally been purchased direct from Germany), are saying that they cannot supply until after Christmas, and they are also expensive -

so tired. now looking at buying my own b12
which b12 is best is it cyanocobalamin, hydroxocobalamin or
methylcobalamin
? and where to get it from? I know in France they can buy cyanocobalamin over the counter. any advice/help would be grateful before I make my decision to jump into the world of self injecting.
