Hi, I have just started loading injections 500 ng methylcobalamin every other day, i have tried oral supplements without any effect main symptoms are balance issues! Which is quite life sapping at times. Can anyone advise how many loading injections I should have and how long before I should see any improvement? ? I am not limited to how many injections I can have 😊 I live in Cyprus and can readily get them from the pharmacy. Thanks in advance

Progress and improvement are different to each person. Some people notice it right away and for some it takes months.

Make sure you’re taking 5mg folate or folic acid with each shot.

You’re welcome! Be sure to eat lots of potassium rich foods as B12 eats up your potassium especially in the beginning. Also watch your iron levels, as B12 uses your ferritin (stored iron) to make new blood cells. B12 working with all the cofactors is optimal!
