Please Help - Scared & Feel Like I’m Dying
I started to take 5000ug of Solgar sublingual
Methylcobalamin
every day. I’ve just had a finger-prick *active* B12 test from Medichecks and it’s at 300. Does this mean that I’m not deficient? Or is the result affected by my supplements? I’m terrified right now because I feel like I’m dying.

High MCV Doesn't Respond to Anything?
Hi Everyone, I am brand new to the forum. For 20 years (maybe a whole lifetime) I've had a high MCV of around 103. I have a multitude of symptoms which I call Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Most conventional docs have said this was close to range and not a problem, but given my symptoms seems like it might

Purchasing B12 for injection. Oxford Biosciences.
They sell
methylcobalamin
in a glass vial for reconstitution with normal saline and then injection. Are they "flying under the radar" when it comes to pharmaceutical regulation? Listed as "pharmaceutical grade", but where is product sourced?

Help with self-administered injections
Hi everyone, I've recently been feeling very fatigued, can't take deep breaths I feel like there's something blocking my chest, I've some depression and unexplainable anxiety. I've always known that B12 deficiency attacks the nervous system and the brain, and so I decided to go back and read "Could It

B12 induced acne, did not go away after a few weeks...
I did the daily
methylcobalamin
injection for 6 months, I experienced no changes in my energy levels or anything else, as this doctor had convinced me I had B12D and needed these injections, I decided to stop them, eagerly waiting for a few weeks to pass and the acne to go away, it just got worse!

B12 deficiency, PA or something else?
He put me on loading dose
Methylcobalamin
inj 500mcg/day for 7 days then 1 weekly for next 4 weeks. After first week of injections it seemed like my symptoms got worse. I was having severe headache/balance issue. Lots of pins and needles. Now after three weeks I am having 3 injections/week.

I am confused about Methylcobalamin and it’s conversion
I am taking
Methylcobalamin
and supplementing with adenosylcobalamin . I keep reading that
Methylcobalamin
converts into adenosylcobalamin but I also see lots of posts that say it doesn’t . Any thoughts ?

Different types of B12
My body doesn’t seem to be absorbing the hydroxycobalamin injections I am receiving and I am wondering if
methylcobalamin
injections would suit me better. The hydroxy stays very high in my bloodstream like 4,000 and I still feel washed out. Any comments on this please?

PA in the United States - order Methylcobalamin online!
I just took my second dose (1mg) of
methylcobalamin
today. I sincerely thank everyone here for teaching me the difference - I wouldn't have known to question the *kind* of B12 I was given from my pharmacist.
