Moving into permanent Afib?
I won’t bore you with details of my 10 hour wait in A&E before blood tests showed low potassium &
magnesium
, was then taken to a much calmer ward where I was given an infusion then 8 hours later was sent home with those horrible Sando-K supplements.

What are your impressions on alernative medicine? I need to note i'm not doing it blindly - my mother is a pharmasist and i'm a psychology student and i have solid knowledge on this stuff. Just wondering whether i should Invest in these things and what you think about them, do you have experience, what

Medichecks Result and a warning about testing & HRT
However, I will stop the HRT patches and start taking methylated B vitamins, Vit C, Vit D3, K2-MK7,
magnesium
glycinate and probably selenium/zinc again, keeping the thyroid hormones as they are for the next 3 months before re-testing.

Magnesium
Citrate daily and after a few weeks the missed beats stopped. But 6 months or so later they returned - but I still kept taking 150mg of

Finally captured AF - any athletes out there managing somehow?
HR was around 120, and they gave me bisoprolol to get it down and it did go down to around 70-80 and
magnesium
infused to try and sort out the rhythm which didn’t seem to have any effect. They didn’t do cardioversion as at my age (62) felt that there was too great a risk of spraying out the clots.

allergic to benralizumab today started on mepolizumab feeling rough
They've now added benralizumab to my list of allergies with
magnesium
, and ventolin. How do others manage with biologics or with severe eosinophilic asthma and severe uncontrolled allergic asthma?

Does Anyone With Parkinson's Experience Panic Attacks?
We try natural things like breathing apps, lavender oil, exercise, Ashwaganda,
Magnesium
Calm. These things help a little but AFTER the fact. They got so bad she has to take Xanax.

YoYo TSH, any advice appreciated
Endo was on holiday, and by now I realised from my own research that she hadn't done a full thyroid panel, and had put me on B12,
magnesium
and selenium without checking any levels, so I went to the only other endo in town.

I take
magnesium
and vitamin k with this. My current dose is 125/150 levo on alternate days, and 12.5mcg lio each day. My T4 is still a bit over range, so I guess I should reduce my levo to 125 every day.
