Hope is on the way.

Anyone been on Triptorelin during their treatment?
Hi everyone, I've just finished R-CHOP chemotherapy and am recovering after 7 months of treatment. I was on Triptorelin for 4 months to temporarily stop my ovaries from working (and protect them from chemo). I've been off it since September and have been waiting for my periods to come but there hasn't

recently diagnosed with CLL
In Jan 2015 I went to the hospital with a platelet count of 1,000. The doctor told me I had ITP and treated me for 10 months with steroids, IVIG, and Nplate shots. After 3 more hospitalizations, I changed doctors in November. The new doc started me on Rituxan, continued the weekly Nplate, and scheduled

Why 1 in 5 cancer clinical trials fizzle

Elevated LDH
Hello to all. I've been reading posts on the site for months and have found it so helpful. I was diagnosed with CLL two years ago and went through 6 cycles of BR. Now in remission, but my last blood test show an elevated LDH (328). My hemotologist has me coming back to retest in four months rather than

Possible genetic key in Diffuse Large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) may explain why some patients don't respond to treatment
Oxford researchers funded by the UK blood cancer charity Bloodwise, "have found that high levels of shortened forms of a protein, known as FOXP1, in a patient's lymphoma cells enable the cancer to evade the immune system, potentially nearly halving survival rates for these patients": http://www.medicalnewstoday.com

Just found your group and thought I'd say hello. No major issues at the moment but it's always good to stay connected. I was diagnosed in 2009, required treatment earlier this year, and am now in a partial remission. I had bendamustine, Rituxan, and Idelalisib as part of a clinical trial but failed
