Where to get NDT
I’ve been struggling with the
levothyroxine
/
liothyronine
combination dose for quite a while, I have ups and downs and can’t seem to arrive to a dose that is ok for me. Also, given that I no longer have a thyroid, I wonder what I’m missing, so would like to try NDT.

Help to updose T3
I can't tolerate
Levothyroxine
so an on
Liothyronine
. I havery recently put on 8kg doing nothing different and i still have lots of other symptoms. It's strange that my T3 blood test is dropping and I put on weight and just feel absolutely awful.

dialing in on dose(s)
I need to decide if I want to do 50 mcg
levothyroxine
or 25 mcg
levothyroxine
and 5 mcg
liothyronine
. My dr is ok with whichever I want to try. I'm currently taking 50 mcg levo and 5 mcg lio and I'm over medicated- a little jittery. But other than that I feel good. Any advice? Pros cons to either?

6 weeks on T3
I have my first results on being on a trial of T3 for just over 5 weeks, bloods drawn on empty stomach as advised by private endo at 7am
Levothyroxine
75mcg taken 7am
Liothyronine
5mcg x 2 taken at 7am and 3pm. T3 still seems a little low, T4 and TSH has gone down.

Yearly endo nonsense
I replied 150mcg
Levothyroxine
and 10mcg
Liothyronine
(I've been trying 10mcg instead of 20mcg prescribed as I have lost weight) and I stated that I didnt feel overmedicated and neither T4 or T3 over range as I knew they were angling for the usual levo reduction that ends in me feeling more symptomatic

T3 question
I’m currently on T3 only because of bad reaction with
levothyroxine
. I’ve been on
Liothyronine
10mcg twice a day since 11 November. I haven’t been back to the doctors for a thyroid function test since October as I’ve read frequently that on T3 only they go more on symptoms than levels.

Going the right way at last - take 2
I am now on 50mcg
Levothyroxine
and 25mcg
Liothyronine
. I take the T3 when I get out of bed (all in one hit) and the T4 before I get into bed. This is working for me, I feel better than I have done in years.

Experience of taking Thybon Henning Liothyronine
I am currently taking 50mcg of
Levothyroxine
and have just been prescribed 20mcg of
Liothyronine
by a private dr. I just wanted to gather some experiences of other people taking it particular from other women in their early 40s with Hashimoto’s.

What to do?
Would you recommend lowering
Levothyroxine
to 75 and adding 5 or perhaps 5+5
liothyronine
? On 87.5 t4 TSH 0.23(0.4-4.2) Ft3 4.2 (3.5-6.5) Ft4 15 (12-23)

Would be grateful for your thoughts on my blood results before endo apt please, still feeling exhausted and weak. Thank you
Currently taking 100mcg
levothyroxine
and 15mcg
liothyronine
(10mcg on waking and 5 around 3pm). Also on HRT patches as am mid 40s and perimenopausal. I’m gluten free, have had SIBO in the past. Going on liothyronine last year seemed to help gut issues and not so bloated now.

Help with results please. Been feeling awful
I'm 44 and currently take 75mg
Levothyroxine
and 10mg of
Liothyronine
every morning and up until a few months ago it seemed to be working well so my endocrinologist wanted to see me every 6 months instead of 3 but the last few months I've been feeling lethargic and severely fatigued.

new results after liothyronine trial
hi all, latest results after first 2 months on 50mcg
levothyroxine
and 5 mcg
liothyronine
I’m thinking I’m a bit low on t3 and 4 so wonder if 75 and 10 is a reasonable next step ?

Folate when SI?
I take 75µg
levothyroxine
and 9µg
liothyronine
, currently working to optimise my treatment and recently increased levo dosage to 75 (4ish weeks). Might this be the culprit? Thank you ever so much.

Can anyone make sense of these blood results?
I have been hypothyroid for 4 years, and until now have been happy on a stable dose of 75mg
levothyroxine
and 20mg
liothyronine
. In March of this year, I suffered an awful episode of severe hyperthyroid symptoms and had to temporarily stop all thyroid meds.

3 am protocol for T3, please tell me about it?
Endocrinologist has agreed, at my request, to a substitution of some
Levothyroxine
for the
Liothyronine
to see if this helps. In the few weeks before the new prescription is issued I would like to try the 3 am protocol to see if that works better for me but I haven't read the books about it.
