Hello everyone! I am diagnosed with hypothyroidism and take Levothyroxine 100mg. I don't feel well at all, but I also have other health problems: lupus, Sjogren's, Henoch's purpura, neutropenia... I have a lot of symptoms and pains that I don't know where they are coming from, but fibromyalgia and depression

I am new to this community and have found some useful information here. I was diagnosed with B12 deficiency of 158 last August, had various tests plus B12 repeated on 17 January and this time my B12 came back at 147. My GP says it’s borderline but from what I’ve read hear it’s low, he did further bloods

I just need to vent!
Hi all, I’ve just had an appointment that I’ve waited over two years for regarding my Meralgia Paraesthetica. My thigh has been numb for over 20 years following a Cesarean section but in the last two years, it feels like it’s had acid thrown over it. The guy I spoke to said that there’s nothing they

Can IBS lead to other conditions?
HiAfter having ibs most of my adult life it has, I believe led to an autoimmune condition. Leaky gut then migraines and all the time the link was gluten. Gluten free now and have been for over 3 years, dairy free too for over 2 years, private tests have led to this very restrictive diet. FODMAPDIET didn't

Drop in resting heart rate since pred
HiI have been on 40mg pred for suspected GCA for2 weeks now. ( actually was 60 in first week then dropped to 40 in second). I had a temporal artery biopsy yesterday so resting up and taking it easy. I wear a fitbit so am aware of my usual resting heart rate. It is normally between 61-65. When asleep

vitamin d advice please
I’m sub clinic apparently. I plan to start V D but my first look at what’s available is confusing. Is there more than one V D as I see some are called D3? Is the RDA amount available or do you just take lots to make it up. I’m 61 female with AI rheumatoid conditions and veggie.
