Kolanticon

I used to take Kolanticon. Think simethicone helped me. But gone off market. Can anyone recommend something to calm intestinal gas please. And maybe a mild gentle laxative. I end up with D very quickly and stop them.

Where can I find Kolanticon?

I found Kolanticon Gel really helped me but it is not available now. Does anyone know of a comparable alternative - thanks

Hi, I have been pescribed Kolanticon Gel for my IBS and would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has tried it, and what their experience of it has been.

Been waiting over 3 weeks for my prescription of kolanticon, chemist says there’s a manufacturing problem and they have been unable to get any stock to date! Looked on-line and no joy there either. E-mailed manufacturer, but they’ve not replied.

Went to collect my prescription for kolanticon gel this week, only to be told by chemist that they are having problems getting supplies! Could’ve wept, it’s sometimes the only thing that helps with the pain and trapped wind.

Been taking gaviscon and kolanticon on top of the nexium, but nothing is helping today, and my anxiety is now through the roof.

Started with heartburn so upped dose of ppi, and taken gaviscon and kolanticon when needed. Heartburn seems to have settled but very bloated and uncomfortable, and have rumblings and wind type pains everywhere. Also bit constipated, not sure if this is symptom or result of medication or both!

Kolanticon gel will tackle indigestion, wind, bloating and spasm. Why is that after 35 yrs they are still using the same drugs as I was taught in university 35 yrs earlier and in the 21sf century large number of these cancers are Still detected at Stage 3/4. Where is the cancer research!

Lloyds pharmacy, but not had a chance to try it yet. If anyone has any experience of it would be interested to hear. Many thanks.
