New PSMA ligand treatment with less side effects than Ac225?
And damn, just had
Keytruda
and found out my alk phos is up to 117 from 56 on July 25th which is the lowest it had been in some time. It always goes down after taking a vaccine which is what I am having for lunch. I think surgery followed by more vaccines etc is my best bet for now.

Keytruda is working
After 3 weeks on
Keytruda
, PSA has dropped 62%. Side effects haven't shown up yet. Finally some hope after years on chemo.

KRAS experience?
I just started on carboplatin, Alimta and
Keytruda
. I have a KRAS variant but no other biomarkers. I'm 69 and in excellent health other than the cancer and being overweight. Drs. keep remarking on how healthy my lungs sound 🤪.

Husband thinks PSA undetectable means cancer is undetectable...I think not
If you look at past posts should bring you up to date..2018 Gleason 10,mets,lupron chemo, gene mapping nothing, zytiga gene mapping again,msh2 mutation,
keytruda
2x,stopped because liver enzymes high, but scans show significant decrease in mets, and for 4 months undetectable PSA.

Keytruda worked!!!!
Michael Morris did another gene mapping from the tumor in his prostate and lo and behold there were 61 mutations with one being MSH2 which
Keytruda
is FDA approved for.

Negative Scan results -- which is good news!
My treatment regimen has been taxol and
Keytruda
since January and all the tumors have been diminishing since I started this treatment. I'm not sure it's a cure-all, but I'm sure getting a good response. I'm very grateful.

Immunotherapy (Keytruda) and COC protocal
Ladies, my immunotherapy starts next week. I am currently on COC protocal. I am taking mebendazole, metformin and statins. Have yet to add the antibiotic. I am wondering if I can continue the meds while on immunotherapy. I have also written to COC and await their reply. While on chemo my doc has asked

Good news!
Mom's brain tumor is gone and a lot of the tumors in her abdomen are shrinking already after 8 treatments of
Keytruda
. The spine is still questionable, but they think the tumors are responding.

Maintenance treatment
His meds are now
Keytruda
, Zometa, Alimta and Altuzan. I am wondering for how long he should continue Zometa and Alimta? I want him to rest a little bit from chemo and continue
Keytruda
only. Based on what doctors decide when to stop the chemo? What is recommended in this situation?
