Sinus and eye infection
On occasions, I have been prescribed neomycin andpolymycin B sulfates and dexomethasone drops and
ketorolac
tromethamine drops. Both interact with tacrolimus. Are there any other options in your experiences with eye infections?

STILL ON THE BED, STILL TRYING TO DEAL WITH OUR FLAILING MED SYSTEM - NO ANSWERS
She prescribed
ketorolac
. Strongest NSAID. Costs me $75 as not covered by pharmacare in Nova Scotia. Rx makes me sick so had to knock off that. Now trying T1s and Ibuprofen. Just took a flooding dose. Here is my dilemma.

9 years and counting with PMR!
Feeling frustrated having been 'diagnosed' with PMR in 2014, initially controlled with prednisolone and then Methotrexate introduced in 2018 after I queried my diagnosis and treatment plan. Initially I was able to reduce preds down to 5 mg daily with 25mgs methotrexate weekly but I am ow struggling again

They give me a shot of
Ketorolac
(a strong nsaid) and my symptoms don’t improve immediately but by 6/7am I am able to fall asleep. 29th May: The next day I wake up at 11am and the pain is immediate. Both a headache and jaw pain. It actually hasn’t gone away since then and it has been constant.

Ranitidine?
Can I ask if anyone has been prescribed this? I had a very good telephone consultation with my Rheumatologist on Thursday. We spoke about an overhaul of my medication as I suffer such a dry mouth at night , it’s waking me at least twice a night. I thought it was the Methotrexate bit she seemed to think

Skin issues
Hi all, I am currently on 25mgs MTX injection, 5 tablets a day salfasalazine and for last 3 months Benepali injection weekly. That and the usual folic acid and etodolac. All going well, however my skin is so dry and I keep getting lots of spots particularly on my face and shoulders and hairline. I

Arcoxia, anyone on it?
Hi Folks, I've been here, just quiet with a few likes here and there. I have a prescription of Arcoxia coming today (probably). I searched the forum but there don't seem to be any recent posts about people using it. Some report it works well but I also note there can be troubles stopping it. Crucially

My shoulder still hurts
In April I slipped down the stairs, I used my left hand to grab the stair rail to save myself pulling the shoulder joint. Over the last month and a half the pain in my should has radiated down my left arm and sometimes up my neck, the pain is unbearable at times and makes me feel sick. I take Etodolac

Is it RA?
Hi all, this is my first blog post on here and I think I just need some reassurance. My pain started 2 years ago after the birth of my third son. I would wake in the night with pain in my hips, I didn't think much of it until this last summer. I had spent a sunny day cutting the grass when i noticed

Do any of you suffer from photosensitivity due to your meds and if so which ones?
I've been on Hydroxychloroquine and Etodolac (anti-inflammatory) since Oct last year. I was on MTX for about 6 weeks from Nov last year (taken off due to low white cells), and then started leflumomide at the end of March this year. I have had the dosage reduced due to various side effects. I hadn't had
