Also means the immune response could potentially mean more side effect (gosh, now we are totally in our melanoma
immunotherapy
space!). Data from phase 1 and 2 did not result in more side effects than what you expect from other vaccines (flu, childhood vaccines, pneumonia or shingles).

Fatigue
She’s due to start second-line treatment a week tomorrow after the chemo/
immunotherapy
did not help. The cancer is still contained in the chest, but I believe it’s more extensive there now. Mum and dad say that the fatigue is caused by her recent radiotherapy sessions.

Vaccine
Has anyone read about progress being made in vaccines that could cure our mbc such as
immunotherapy
? I'm mean it's seems similar to what's been going lately for covid. I heard some French scientists say that the advances made in finding this last vaccine could help cancer research.

Personalized Immunotherapy-viable option?
Listened to a YouTube video about Dr Ezra Cohen at UCSD and his hopeful research about personalized
immunotherapy
. Vaccines are personalized for each patient. Sounds like a potential viable option. Has anyone had any experience and/or thoughts?
