HCC and what to expect.
I have been on
immunotherapy
for 6 weeks. So far, I have experienced: tumor fever every night. Pain which had gotten severe last month. I am starting to lose my appetite as foods don't seem to taste good anymore.

Any input/advice please on radiotherapy post immunotherapy?
But because I was one of the first to get my regime of treatment - in the first week I think after it was approved by NICE for the NHS - there isn’t anything out there in scientific papers about having radiotherapy post

.

the man ( woman) with a treatment plan says :
Combined chemo ( carboplatin and paclitaxel )once a week / radio every day mon to fri for 6 weeks followed , if I’ve got the appropriate markers with
immunotherapy
as follow on … they said it was a brutal regime but they are aiming for a curative outcome ( this was tempered with the high % of recurrences

Why arent Stage 4 lung cancer patients offered surgery?
Chemotherapy and
Immunotherapy
only. But I'm begining to wonder- are we too accepting of our lot? Can someone explain the reasoning behind it all? Is it a cost thing? Are we stage 4s not seen as cost effective? They don't want to waste money on lung cancer patients.

review update- scores on the doors
Sadly , I just missed out on it being operable though because of those blumming lymph’s …. so it looks like Chemo and radiotherapy combined or sequential … still awaiting markers for suitability to
immunotherapy
or targeted therapies but should know that soon …..

immunotherapy side effects
Hi, I went for my fifth treatment the other day. They ended up having to hold off on it because I have developed a very bad hacking cough. Dr sent me for CT-scan to look for any inflammation in my lungs. Plus I am still having high blood pressure and have been put on meds for that. Can anyone share
