I also start on immunotherapy in November, a drug called imfinzi - a once a month infusion. I have a cataract in my right eye (the left eye was fixed as good as new 2019.) and I want to get the right eye done. I know that driving at night is getting difficult with the cataract.

Durvalumab (Imfinzi) will shortly be assessed by the Scottish Medicine Consortium (SMC) for use in NHS Scotland.

They are developing a printable [i]cheat sheet[/i] for newly diagnosed HCC patients who are considering IMFINZI (durvalumab) and IMJUDO (tremelimumab) as treatment options. The goal would be to bring the cheat sheet to their doctor's appointment. [u]Here's what they would like to know.[/u] 1.

Durvalumab (Imfinzi): Durvalumab is another checkpoint inhibitor that targets PD-L1. It has been explored in clinical trials for various cancers, including prostate cancer, typically in combination with other treatments.

The American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) is seeking an HCC patient who is currently taking or has taken the combination therapy: tremelimumab + durvalumab (Imjudo + ). AACR would like to conduct a video interview for their annual Cancer Progress Report.

On November 10th, 2022, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved Imjudo (tremelimumab) in combination with Imfinzi (durvalumab) and platinum-based chemotherapy for treatment of non-small cell lung cancer where there are no changes in ALK or EGFR.

In FEB 2022, 16 days after the last radiation dose was administered, we immediately began her monthly immunotherapy regimen of Durvalumab (Imfinzi). We did a CT scan at that point that revealed a marked improvement from the PET/CT that was conducted in SEP 2021.

Drug was IMFINZI. He had a reaction. They will give him premeds before his next infusion.

I then had radiation with carboplatin immediately follwed by Imfinzi, an immunotherapy drug for 1 year. I finished this in Aug when a CT scan showed my cancer had spread to my other lung and kidney, even though the original tumors had shrunk and remained inactive due to the radiation.

I’ve been off dairy for years, I don’t eat fried foods...there’s just no reason for it other than the Imfinzi. Then we have the neverending “weird” rashes and infections. Every lymph node in my body is inflamed and I’m constantly being prescribed steroids.

As requested, the name of the immunotherapy drug that I was given during my clinical trial is IMFINZI. I wasn’t 100% sure because the name was never discussed with me and it wasn’t even approved outside the trial until recently (I think it was approved less than 2 years ago).

I’m 6+wks postop having had aggressive radiation and chemo 6 weeks prior to a month break. Surgeon told me he got 99% of cancer because they found 1 lymph node out of 21removed with live cancer cells. Stagellla nsclc which most people are not given the option of surgery. Recovery has been more difficult

The study showed that patients with stage 3 lung cancer who took an immunotherapy drug (durvalumab, brand name Imfinzi) after chemotherapy and radiation had a longer period of progression-free survival (16.8 months) than patients who were not treated with immunotherapy (5.6 months).
