Acalabutrinib: any trials available if you were on a different BTK drug?
Hi, I just got disappointing news that I am excluded from the NIH acalabutrinib trials because I had been on
Imbruvica
. They said they did not know if there were any trials where that was not an exclusionary factor. Just checking in with you all to see if you know. Thanks for any help.

Adding additional chemo
I am currently taking oral
Imbruvica
... My most recent bone marrow biopsy showed little change after 3 months. If there is still no change in November, my Oncologist will add either .bendamustine and rituximab via infusion or an additional oral med called idelalisib.

Imbruvica and elevated liver enzymes???
My local oncologist thought it may be related to the
imbruvica
and is having me hold the
Imbruvica
for 1 week and retest my bloodwork at that time. Has anyone experienced
Imbruvica
interfering with their liver enzymes or have any clue why my enzymes would be elevated????

Importance of Clinical Trials & knowledge
PCI-32765 is now familiar to most of you as Ibrutinib or
Imbruvica
. Previously, I had been against risking a Phase 1 Trial for any drug.

Ibrutinib/Imbruvica brings hope to stem cell transplant patients with chronic graft-versus-host-disease
[i]'FDA granted a fourth Breakthrough Therapy Designation (BTD) for ibrutinib (
IMBRUVICA
®) as a potential treatment of chronic graft-versus-host-disease (cGVHD) after failure of one or more lines of systemic therapy.

Imbruvica and Advil?
I've only been on
Imbruvica
for 2 months, and so far no problems. My question is, can I take Advil with this drug? I know I can't take any aspirin. Thanks for the help.

Cycle 2, Day 1 – AKA Trip 4 to Columbus
Today they started me on ibrutinib (
Imbruvica
is the brand name), the second med out of 3, and the one the doc at Penn wanted to put me on exclusively back in March. It’s a once a day 3 pill regimen, and a monthly supply retails for about $8000.

OSU Venclexta + Imbruvica + Obinutuzumab Trial
Hey guys! Is anyone here currently enrolled in (or know someone who is) this triple therapy trial at the Ohio State Univ? I'm really interested in this, as it looks at both previously treated and untreated. Perhaps early intervention with several drugs will eradicate the clone and prevent selective pressures
