Thanks for this but it is a bit old... there were drug label updates in May... also it mixes MCL in with CLL so it is easy to read the wrong information...

Cllcanada - thanks. It's not always easy to find a definitive source of information. I was searching for UK availability and views, but your links are from the source! I'll edit my post to point to your comment.

The NHS has an online formulary, you can search any drug there, and it gives details about funding , deliberationes, recommendations etc.
