Pending Hysterectomy Advice
Hi everyone, I’m feeling anxious to write here, it’s only tonight I thought maybe something like this might help, alongside those who know and are experiencing the same as me. I’m due to undergo surgery for a hysterectomy in December, and am now starting to feel incredibly anxious. Sorry for the essay

How do you manage obsessive thoughts?
I was wondering if anyone is comfortable talking about how they manage their obsessive thoughts? This is one of the things I struggle with alot. I have intrusive thoughts than then turn obsessive. Mostly it's about my past and the mistakes I've made so I'm left feeling immense shame which heightens my

Hycosy & Coil
My consultants next steps are to have a hycosy exam. I have finally had to booked in after months of delays but been given barely any information on this. Can you have a hycosy with a mirena coil in place?

I’m currently having investigations into Endo-sorry long post but need some advice or any reassurance:)
Hi I’m Sara and I’ve just turned 22, this month, and over the last 3 years I have symptoms (similar to the ones listed for endometriosis) and they have become more severe or more frequent/longer episodes that have been stopping me from working or functioning properly (exercise, sex, going out); it has

Copper T Coil and Skin (health in general)
Very little is written about the negative impact that a 10 year Copper T coil can have on one's health. I once came across a website which highlighted that there are negatives to know about... yet, it appears that the rest of the Web denies its connection to ailments. I'm suffering with a skin issue

Hi. Just over 2 and a half years ago I had the merina coil fitted. Now from a few months ago I've started getting really bad period pains and very heavy bleeding every 2 weeks. Has anyone else experienced anything like this.

Coil and bloating
hi everyone. I had a coil fitted 6 weeks ago for endometriosis and since then I have been bloated constantly. I had my first laparoscopy in Sept 2021 when they drained my 6cm endometrioma. Now, 2 years later my endometrioma is back so I was offered a second surgery in Oct. I was told the risk of complications (stoma bag) is greater with the number of surgeries. Now I am not sure why is that? I thought my
