Ibrance

It’s difficult to know if the pain is from bone mets, Ibrance, letrazole or something else I just seem to have quite bad pain in my lower back which seemed to appear 2 days after injection ..maybe a coincidence? Barb xx

To make a long story short, I started on Ibrance and Letrozole which didn't work. Went on a trial that while it cleared the lesions on my liver i couldn't continue because of the side effects. So for a few months i was just on Aromisin.

Halfway through 2nd cycle of Palbociclib ( 125 Ibrance) and letrozole. Comparatively new treatment in UK. Painful mouth ulcers getting me down, can cope with tiredness. Have tried gargles, rinses, gels, bonjela, anything else?

What about Ibrance???

IM A 25 YEAR SURVIOUR. HAD SEVERAL REOUCCURANCES,NOW ON HORMONE THERAPY. TRIED OTHER THINGS,ON NEW DRUG, NOT SURE IF I WANT TO STAY ON THIS. DONT LIKE ANY DRUGS,BUT HAVE TO STOP FROM SPREADING.. NEVER AND WONT DO CHEMO, NOT EVEN A SUGGESTION. JUST LIVING LIFE EVERYDAY....

Has anyone else here developed lung issues while on Ibrance? I was on it for ten cycles in 2016 and developed shortness of breath and the pulmonologist that my onc referred me to diagnosed "Interstitial Lung Disease." He described it as like gunk between the air sacs.

Just finished 3rd cycle of Ibrance and letrozole. Has anyone had problems with ankle swelling, stomach bloating. and feeling short of breath at times?

After the scan showing Ibrance didn’t work after 4 months, my onco is putting me on exastamene and afinitor. At the appointment, they said they didn’t see a trial that I was eligible. I had mixed feelings on that like “trial? Why trial?” To “how can there not be a trial?

I've been taken off Ibrance which I have been on since Sept. 2017 with good response from the cancer in the spine, A new plan will start as soon as the biopsy comes back. So in the mean time I have lost 13-Lbs & can't really eat.

Hi...I am on first round of Ibrance, end of second week. My scalp is itching terribly. Anyone else with this problem? Is this a precursor to loosing my hair, or just another side effect? Any solutions? Thank you!

Hello,just began Ibrance and am coming down with a bad summer cold.Have a pleural effusion so was worried my cough was coming from that,but since 3people in my family(who I was just traveling with) have this awful cold,I suspect I do too.Any advice about warding off a serious respiratory infection?

Does anybody take Ibrance as prescribed? After 4 months at 125 dose my Dr dropped me down to the 100 dose as my neutrophils would drop to 0.3 each month and it would take three weeks off for them to come back into normal range.

Is it true I have to stop if I start Ibrance?

My neutrophils down so couldn’t go back on Ibrance 100mg..more bloods next week to see if they recover Calcium ok so I had my denosemab injection Tumour markers have dropped which is good..the whole thing just gets me down..I shouldn’t moan as there are some positives here..I just want the old me back

Hi , I have been on Ibrance + letrozole + 4 weekley zoldax injections since December 2017. This month I started getting period pains, feels like I should get my period. Not sure if this is normal , do you have similar experience with Zoladex ?

In response to these findings I started on ibrance and falodex just 9 days ago. My blood work is showing the beginning of kidney failure.im so scared and wonder if my new treatments will help to turn this around or if I'll have to stop the Ibrance. This all just popped up suddenly
