Ibrance and TMarkers
Anyone out there with 4+ years of
Ibrance
and with tumour markers over the normal range? I have a single mets to bone (T9) and I have been taking
Ibrance
and Letrozole now for 3 years and 9 months. Last month my CA 15-3 went over the normal range to 34.8, my CEA was normal.

Advice
Yesterday I visited my ancologist after a city scan, who showed a slight increase in metastases in the liver after 3 months of treatment with
Ibrance
and Fulvestran. The doctor referred me for a consultation with a radiologist-ancologist. Does anyone have experience with radiation to the liver?

TruQap progress-lower TM
I was previously on
Ibrance
for several years until it stopped being effective. My symptoms are fatigue and nausea. I manage these symptoms by resting and anti-nausea drugs.

hi everyone- my dad had progression to chest wall and his hip on
ibrance
after about 14 months on it so he switched to lynparza/ Olaparib for MBC in October of 2023. He had a pet scan on 1/29 that showed a complete metabolic response.

High cholesterol while on Ibrance and Letrozole.
From what I can see from some brief research...the aromatase inhibitors cause raised cholesterol as a common side effect...but cholesterol meds are not recommended while taking
Ibrance
due to possible complications.

Australia?
I am so far on
Ibrance
and Letrozole, with 3-monthly scans. Are these covered? Especially
Ibrance
, which is very expensive. We plan to come over in December, if my next scan is still stable, and stay for the Australian Summer. Best wishes to you all Sissi

Hello
Hi everyone, I've been Stage IV mbc since December 2019, on
Ibrance
/ Letrozole but now facing a change. Those drugs (with some off label drugs and naturopathic treatments/supplements) kept me stable for nearly 4 years. Now some update on my left femur, sternum and new tumors in my liver.

Ibrance fatigue vs Verzenio fatigue
Hello all, I recently switched from
Ibrance
to Verzenio. Still less than a month ago. With
Ibrance
my fatigue was more like slogging through deep mud everyday and forcing myself to do things. My Verzenio fatigue feels more like a weakness fatigue and my stamina is virtually nonexistent.

Anybody with good results on Xeloda?
I was on
Ibrance
and Letrozole, then Verzenio and Faslodex and then Orserdu. Since Orserdu now failed, the next plan is Xeloda. I read here some reports about some bad side effects. My oncologist at Dana Farber gave me some choices and indicated that in my situation, Xeloda might be best.

End of IBrance …
I remember being so terrified of
IBrance
and yet in retrospect it was not so bad. So now, another change is imminent. My ONC’s suggestion is to try the Xeloda at the beginning of December possibly …Dr.

Clinical trial update
This trial addresses the Pik3ca and ER+ and is my second line of treatment after
Ibrance
and Letrozole for almost 2 years. Can you guys share what 2nd line / 3rd line treatments have worked for you with similar subtypes?

Feedback on ORSERDU (elacestrant)
I’m presently on Letrozole &
iBrance
with mets in bones. I’m trying to do as much research as possible before meeting with him so, I’d appreciate any feedback on efficacy and side effects from any of you who have taken this drug. Thanks so much, Cathey

ibrance/letrozole - when did tumor shrink?
For those of you taking
ibrance
and letrozole, when did you notice a reduction in your breast lump? When you first started on the meds, how long did it take before you noticed things were changing and tumor started shrinking?

Skin Rash of little itchy bumps
Quick question - has anyone on
Ibrance
and Letrozole developed a skin rash of small random bumps that are itchy? I have been on my lovely “cocktail” since April ‘23 and have recently (in the past 2 weeks) developed a few annoying itchy bumps on my lower back.

best treatment after Xeloda?
I have been on kisquali,
Ibrance
, Faslodex, and lastly 4 rounds of Xeloda. Nothing seems to stop my progression, Kisquali sent my liver enzymes sky high.
Ibrance
/Faslodex progression was slow and markers rose.
