So despite being told zoladex works.....clearly it doesn't
I had been on zoladex for almost a year despite pain every day I fought so hard and in my personal case a
hysterectomy
was a good choice. I was riddled with endometriosis in uterus ovaries even in my muscle wall!

Bleeding 7 weeks after last zoladex injection
After this I was due to have a
hysterectomy
on the 16th Dec but this has been cancelled due to covid. I missed my last zoladex in November and have been having a light bleed (pink in colour) got concerned so went to the GP.

Surgical menopause & hrt
I have been told following
hysterectomy
(stage 4 endo & adenomyosis) I need hrt to manage surgical menopause. In 2014, I was fast tracked to a breast clinic due to lumps in my breast that were fortunately fine.

First very short walk after hysterectomy omg its heaven to stand straight!! Not walked straight or pain free for 4 years!!!
Absolutely loving life at the moment! Something I was so nervous I would never experience again. Was told Id never walk again to walking straight and pain free im ever so grateful! I just hope endo no longer wants to be my friend. Im so hopeful and see a great future... something I couldn't see past

Did anyone heal from botched hysterectomy/pelvic surgery fully?
Does anyone know anybody who got damaged in a
hysterectomy
or other pelvic surgery that actually ever recovered fully or nearly fully? And what the causes were/what the remedies were?

Just been diagnosed
Had a
hysterectomy
at 36 then at 50 had my gallbladder removed since then the pain has increased & now in my back dreadfully. Struggling with pins & needles in my arms & hands & shaky legs. Put on PREGABALIN which initially helped, I donât sleep well due to the pain so that doesnât help either!

Has any experienced loss of libido after hysterectomy?
Itâs like I went through all of the
hysterectomy
, which has given me more pain free days a month, but I donât feel very feminine now and am grieving for that loss đ

Anyone else with endometriosis & C-PTSD? How do you cope? Advice would be really appreciated.
My mum had a
hysterectomy
last year in which they discovered she had endometriosis (in addition to extremely large fibroids which is why she had the
hysterectomy
in the first place) and as it is genetic, this diagnosis seems likely for me.

Stage 4a cancer returned. An update and a question
Although I have had a complete
hysterectomy
, apparently the body still produces oestrogen. The oncologist will review me in 6 weeks with blood test to measure ca125 and a ct scan 6 weeks afterwards.

Scared. Huge cyst on ovary
So now I am faced with having major surgery to remove the cyst and possibly a total
hysterectomy
. I just feel so anxious all the time. I wake up with my stomach in knots and spend most of the day googling diagnoses, survival rates etc. I know it doesnât help me but I feel so out of control.
