Fibromyalgia is no joke! The pain is constant/ only at times it's just at a different level. Ask your doctor about SAVELLA...it will help a bit! Stay strong and blessed...🙏

i use hot baths with peppermint essential oil in it to help with the pain. Hot water bottles, electric blanket in bed, and lots of rest as the pain results in me having broken sleep at nights. I also use distraction during the day, things like diamond painting, book reading, internet anything to take my mind away from the pain. If I focus on the pain it gets bigger in my mind.Fibro pain is hard to live with but I have learned to co exist with it.
