Just done my first buserelin injection... here we go!
So hard to explain to anyone how stressful it is, and its not stress about the needle and the pain (which is minimal) so much as the stress of the whole thing: what you are doing to your body, why, and the fact that you are sat at home jabbing drugs into your leg. I couldn't stop shaking and wanting

FET CYCLE
Hi all I had IVF in August 2012 however due to developing OHSS my embryo transfer was cancelled. I am now waiting for my next period to arrive and I start my FET cycle finally! I am unfortunate because I have to take Buserelin 12 hourly all over again but at least there are less scans and trips to

Day 1 of downgregging on Buserelin, anyone else?
Hiya, I've just taken my first injection. It wasn't anywhere near as painful as I expected. Which is good. Great start! This is my first IVF cycle so really apprehensive. Fingers crossed I don't get any symptoms. I'm already imagining the arguments over the Christmas turkey!

Can someone please help, I have had 3 weeks of Buserelin and I had my normal period on the 30th Sept which lasted 5 days as normal, then
today I have had more red and brown come through when I wipe after going to the toilet, is it normal to have some more bleeding a few days after your normal period has been and gone, I am also due for my first scan in the morning.

Is it just me or is it normal to feel different when taking Buserelin, I feel like im on a different planet or something, I don't seem to
have much interest in anything at the min, like it is just all about me, is this normal?

Goserelin (Zoladex) and effects on unborn child
I was treated with
goserelin
, when I fell pregnant with her and remained unaware of my pregnancy until i was at least 16 weeks. Her due dates at initial scan and subsequent scans varied by a month so her bone growth was variable.
