Weight gain and IBS
Oh and I have tried fodmaps but I react to quite a lot of
fodmap
foods. Sorry to write such a negative post I am really quite a positive person.

Right now I am low

Just need to have a rant about this horrendous condition 😡
I am also trying the
Fodmap
diet with little improvement. I feel like I am jealous of people who do not have this (or any other chronic condition) and can go about their daily life and get daily tasks done with ease.

What was left
Gluten free, lactose free and back on
fodmap
diet and a bowel health plus probiotic supplement, made from Kiwi fruit. Tasted nasty but I persevered. Nothing has worked and I have had numerous tests, probes and samples taken with gastrology.

Bloating relief
I'm looking seriously at the
FODMAP
list of foods to help control belly bulge. If anyone here has some tips or could point me in the right direction, I would be very appreciative. Enjoy your day!

Are thyroid problems hereditary?
He does have stomach problems and follows a
Fodmap
diet. He has a stressful job but over the last year or so he has become really tired so sleeps for a large part of every weekend. If he deviates in any way from his diet he cannot keep awake.

Bloating
I have followed the
FODMAP
diet but this doesn't help with the bloating. I am obviously doing something wrong but can't seem to establish what. My question is on IBS do you normally get bloat free days. Also what can I do to assist with the bloating.

just some advise
So I’ve decided to take the low
fodmap
diet a bit more seriously,I have been told by a friend a couple of squares of Lintz dark chocolate would help. Has anyone out there got any advice,on ferritin or pain relief. Sorry it’s a long post,I tried to keep as basic as I could.

FODMAP FIRST STEPS
Can anyone recommend what I should try to re-introduce after sticking to a
FODMAP
diet for 4 to 6 weeks successfully? Any how long should I try each item or group of items?

I think I might need a second opinion regarding my Behçet’s diagnosis & management. What do you think?
Then I attempted all the
fodmap
exclusion diets, I tried cutting out diary, I excluded gluten, was treated with B1w injections, I changed my work pattern and moved back home all to reduce my workload and stress. It all just continued to get worse, and worse.

Can diet cause SIBO?
I saw one website say diet can cause SIBO, however most suggest diet (such as low
FODMAP
) is a symptom management thing and not a potential cause. So can diet cause SIBO? Because I do enjoy sugary foods, so if this can cause SIBO, seems like the most likely explanation...

what next?
He advised dietician for
FODMAP
but I already know the foodstuffs that irritate me. It’s a combination between C&D but mainly sore gas and bloating. Would it still be worth seeing a dietician and getting a chat about the types of foods I can eat and go from there.

stools and bloat
I literally have tried diets including low
Fodmap
, excoriating , yoga, more water, more fiber, less fiber. I’ve tried literally all laxatives and nothing works on me. It only comes out when it wants. I’m in pain every single day.

LOW FODMAP DIET
I’m thinking of starting the low
fodmap
diet and then slowly reintroducing regular foods again so I find out what aggravates my gut. Can you tell me how the process works? If that particular food doesn’t bother me the first day, do I eat it again the 2nd day and so on.

I was referred to a dietician and started the
FODMAP
dies and build up drinks. There was no change with the diet and I was told to stop. I am a vegetarian who has always eaten a very healthy diet. I was still able to live with the problem. Around four months ago the symptoms changed.

1&1/2"banana/6 blueberries =big flare up :(
So yesterday I tried literally one and a half inches of a greeny yellow-ish but not too green banana (low
Fodmap
-right?) Happy belly all day. Ate dinner -usual foods that suit me. No problems really except a slight heavy feeling about 10pm in lower left tummy. Slight distension but not much.

I’ve done the
FODMAP
