Flecainide question
As I lose weight will the
Flecainide
, indeed all medicine, become more effective? Thanks.

cardioversion and Flecainide
Then started on
Flecainide
100mg daily, with the BB. I seem fine with the new medication, but nobody told me of any possible side effects and there wasn’t even any data information sheet in the box! Thankfully I seem ok.

Ablation and Flecainide
My EP has asked me to stop taking
Flecainide
5 days before the Ablation. The reason he gave me was
Flecainide
reduces visibility and can mask the areas he needs to treat. He said also if I have an Afib episode is not to be concerned and only go to the hospital if I am not feeling well.

Flecainide without Beta-Blocker
The big mystery for us is WHY the doctors are alarmed that
flecainide
is being used : and they either want to stop it ( after 35 years, that seems risky to us) or circumvent it by use of ablation or pacemaker ? Hubby wants to carry on taking
flecainide
.

Return of PVCs and Flecainide as pill in pocket.
I was previously taking 100mg
Flecainide
twice a day along with 1.25mg bisoprolol in the mornings for episodes of PACs and occasional PVCs. I was on this medication for almost 2 years before deciding that I would like to try and come off it.

5 years after ablation
Since the ablation I‘ve still been taking Bisoprolol and Xarelto with
Flecainide
as a PIP. This week is the first time I’ve taken the
Flecainide
. My normal resting HR up until now has been around 65 but at the moment it’s jumping from mid 70‘s to 130 and Kardia shows AF.

Flecainide
I’ve been prescribed
Flecainide
(1x50mg tablet followed by another an hour later.) I’m. Im not sure whether to take a higher dose and when in the day to take them. Would really welcome any advice. Has this drug helped anyone go back to NSR? How long did it take?

Serious shortage of some medicines.
No heart medications are mentioned in the article, but I wondered if anyone had experienced problems obtaining any of their regular heart medicines such as sotalol,
flecainide
, bisoprolol etc., or any of the anticoagulants?

ablation or Flecainide conflicted
I am lucky to live 5 minutes away from Harefield Hospital, I have had paroxysmal AF for nearly 2 years. Initially taking Flecanide as a pill in the pocket, however episodes became closer together and my cardiologist referred me to an expert EP At Harefield. He put me on the waiting list for an Ablation

I need advice again, my attacks of Afib are becoming more frequent, I have

Since starting Edoxaban and
Flecainide
my hair is thinning alarmingly. I want to try changing the

Went back into Afib Jan 15/24, tried
Flecainide

Thinning Hair
I’ve been taking Rivaroxaban with
Flecainide
and Adizem for AFib. My hair has become noticeable thinner. My Consultant has just changed my Rivaroxaban to Apixaban which also has hair loss as a side effect. Does anyone have this problem and are you able to recommend anything to help?
