Play safe in the Heat (memo to self!)
Action taken: 'Belt & braces', not sure whether taking
Flecainide
early would be enough so gulped down a cold drink from fridge (worked before as my Vagus Nerve is still overactive) , went on a steady half mile walk and listened to slow heartbeat on YouTube.

Ramdom flips from bradycardia to tachycardia.
This lead to the cardiologists to increase my
Flecainide
to 100mg twice daily. So now I've been on
Flecainide
100mg for three months and things have changed. Now I don't get AF as I previously experienced it.

Is it OK to take the
flecainide
before I've done the tests? My heart rate is quite low 50s generally and up to 90 in AFib.

Catheter ablation for PAF
No Diltiazem (which I was on for blood pressure anyway before the AF) and no
Flecainide
as a PIP.

Flecainide and exercise
Hi, I am on 100mg twice a day. Probably using it for 1 week now. The dizziness has passed but I am battling with exercise. My routine has always been 10min warmup on spinning bike or treadmill. Then around 1hr weight training and then 20min cardio at the end. The cardiologist said to leave the cardio

Starting on Flecainide
Hi guys I have been put on
Flecainide
100mg once a day and to go to twice a day as soon as I can handle it. The 100mg already makes me very dizzy and scared that 200mg is going to be real bad. How has it affected you?

How do I change things about me here that are incorrect?
sp) and have given up on Apixaban too because of side effects though I did take one as a precaution when an episode started soon after taking my evening
flecainide
( from a different manufacturer which don’t work as well at preventing episodes) and I’m still here!

Flecainide and dizziness
Hello, I took
flecainide
as a pip for the first time over two days ago but I have been feeling very light headed ever since. Is this a normal reaction? Will it happen every time I take it? I don't normally feel quite this bad after an episode 😞

Ablation Booking
Any episode I could not stop with a Vagal Maneuver I would take 100mg of
Flecainide
. In addition to the AF I also experienced up to 700 PAC's and 300 PVC's each night. With the twice daily meds I have been in NSR for over 4 months...

Ablation or not. I'm so confused..
I am 71 years old and am on
flecainide
after several trips to emergency with a heart rate of 170 to 200. Many drugs were tried and
flecainide
was the only one that I tolerated. I have no associated heart problems and am very fit.
