Sinemet cr
I was talking to someone else with PD and told them I took 100cr every 2+half hours and they told me that it was dangerous to take them so often as the were designed to be take every 4+ hours . I’m worried now as are regular Sinemet, gives me even less on time Has anyone heard this I would like to

Severe reaction to FCR
In the end I chose
FCR
rather than entering the Flair trial as my markers met with a good outcome from
FCR

Farewell
He decided to treat with
FCR
(fludaribine, cyclophosphamide, but stopped after only 2 cycles because she was not tolerating it well. She was 72 at this stage. Ibrutinib then became available at reasonable cost in Australia so he started her on daily 420 mg.

FCR and immunosuppression
For those of us who have had
FCR
chemotherapy would we expect to be immunocompromised in the long-term? I think here lymphocyte and neutrophil levels are relevant.

Novel Combos Are Shaking Up the CLL Landscape but FCR still has its place
In analyzing which patients derived the most benefit from the former standard of care, Jain said data from prior studies showed frontline
FCR
therapy resulted in favorable long-term progression-free survival (PFS) in patients with IGHV mutations who had achieved undetectable minimal residual disease

Treatment FCR with unmutated IGVH—clarify pls!
In Switzerland they propose
FCR
treatment and have said outcomes are generally the same. I have read differently. Any insights? Can you direct me to articles? Thank you, his wife

MRD
When I finished
FCR
in 4/2014 my blood showed MRD negative. Since than it showed starting 2/2015 CLL of 0,1 - 0,5% in 10/2017. next in 2018 UMRD as they told me, it was undetectable. In 10/2018 it was 0,01 % and in 5/2019 0,02%! Looks like 16 out of 10.000 lymphocytes.

CLL and Statins
On W&W until 2017 when I had one cycle of
FCR
, after a bad reaction in intensive care with neutropenic sepsis I recovered and in remission for 18 months until now. My blood counts during this remission have been reasonably stable, around the 130 HGB and below 9 WBC.

Factors Identified for Risk of Second Cancer in CLL Following BTK Inhibition
There was hope that non-chemo CLL treatments would avoid the increased risk of subsequent secondary cancers, with concern about Myelodysplasia Syndromes and Acute Lymphocytic Leukaemia (MDS and ALL) of particular concern with
FCR
, due to possible DNA damage to bone marrow stem cells.

Thank you all!!!
After
FCR
in 2015 and BR in 2017, our doctor suggested my husband to start Ibrutinib since his lymph nodes in abdomen are almost 7-8cm, wbc above 25, platelets under 100 and he has lost 5-6kg in the last month.

Well going to try this, got nothing to loose..
Called my pcp just now and they said they would ask doc if he would write script for sinemet cr, will see what happens. For now i decided to reduce dosage from 1250 to 1000 a day. ill take 125mg every 3 hours 8 times a day(total 1000mg daily), hoping that will reduce the "off" periods which are running

MRD-U Baby your one of four in two million!
However when I was explaining certain symptoms I have stated having recently and that some of them disappeared during
FCR
he was wondering about other possible explanations.
